yeah, i had this tool once, but i got a new pc and failed to save it anywhere -.- now, i cant find a working download link anywhere. can someone, if he has it, pls send it to me?

problem 1.) i get portrestriced thing in uplauncher and it wont let me in to the map with uplauncher or unilauncher online. firewall and router settings are correct. problem 2.) the ingame skidmarks are bright pink, like there is a missing texture.... //fixed

found a bug: the Engine sounds of the RS5 (V8 engine) and the RS6 (V10 ) are switched the wrong way... jsut give yourself a listen
