TDU2, overrated?
If anything, it's underrated, and this thread shows
I'm finally decided to play the first TDU and honestly, i don't see how its physics are better than TDU2's (If anything, they are worse, cars seem to lack any weight whatsoever, and the handling feels very mechanic. I'm enjoying the game because it's still a TDU game and it shows, but i'm having a hard time getting used to it), the game was also very criticised at launch and TDU hardcore fans proved to be an insufferable bunch in the official forums, if you ask me.

If anything, we need more Alfa Romeo and Citroen.

if there's one guy who doesn't want to make the next autopack free kick him off and get someone else,simple as that

BMW i8 feels sooooooooooo good to drive, A4 are usually so stiff, the car feels more like an A3 because its agility. One of the best experiences i ever had on TDU2

I've taken a fast stroll by all the dealers, the new cars look pretty :) I'll give them a try tomorrow with my old profile

This may be the greatest thing for TDU2 after de Unnoficial Patch. I'll be testing it later :D

I clicked on one of his links earlier today and it was forcing me to download a exe. And then wouldn't let me close without going into task mamager to end the process. So i just wouldn't bother to be honest. Just my opinion. ;)

I always found FXX ugly as sin, so i'll gladly install this LaFerrari right now (sorry chiken, i'm not willing to lose the Koegnisegg, too many Kms and too many Bugattis beaten online with it)

Star, an ultra highpoly model don't make it a quality mod automaticly. I can see a lot things I would improve in the screenshots. Just think about that.

Well at the end of the day, all this would be avoided if Minime and others could just reply to people in a grown up manner. What Hermano said deserved no condescending language in reply...
 
Heres a tip for modders: You can always IGNORE all future posts from downloaders and only reply to those reporting bugs or something. Simple. No arguments caused.

A Diablo SV, well of course now you have my attention.
 
Hermano: I wasn't implying anything in regards to your question, all I was saying was if you don't show that your question is not one of the usual 'why this car?' or 'can we have this one?', then no matter how it's worded it can easily be construed that way because words are just words and people can read a tone that's not meant to be there in them.
 
You have to remember being a modder is quite a thankless role, they see the downloads hit the 100's, 1000's and probably beyond but get little to no recognition or gratitude for the work they did to bring that mod to these people. So it doesn't take a smart man to realise that when someone says they should be working on something else, or that they hate all these types that they're making, that a sharp reply is given back in some instances. Truth be told they probably hear more about what they should not be doing than a thanks for what they are doing!

yeah that's true, and I would love to see more mid level sports cars in the game personally, My dream car being a 93 RX7 (not far from my current car haha) but as I said before the modders do as they want to do, it's really their call and I'm just grateful for whatever we get...as long as it's not another Veyron XD
 
So yeah, I am kinda agreeing with your point, but these guys can do whatever they want and lets face it, all we're getting is more, and I for one will not complain. These guys put a lot of effort in I expect

So? Some variation is nice. And TDU is also a very nice cruise game, and some normal cars are nice for that. Driving 300 km/h in a Ferrari gets old.

I spoke with Xarlith and he said that StarGT must be working on his own to make a patch. So his work is in no way related to v0.5 as Xarlith is the projects leader. So anything he posts in here should be deleted. I asked Xarlith to basically say some regarding this but he hasn't. As me saying this means nothing to the admin as they require the original poster to say some thing.
 
If no one says some thing within 24 hours about what the heck is going on i am done witch this patch.

It has its own website, so it isn't, but given that it has its own website it should stay there, not in a pup-up-filled-virus-infecter-website.
 
Also, don't take your saltyness with turbochiken to the Unnoficial Patch. LOTS of TDU2 players enjoy the UP, so keep it outside your bussiness with turboduck.

Let's just drop this already. If he does upload it on a pop up filled site, I'll take one for the team. Download the damn thing and upload it on here giving proper credits. So no one else has to go through all the pop ups.
