Thanks I got it to work, but I still got the "Finally Fast PC" stuff that I don't want. I'm sure that's an unavoidable thing for a free file sharing service... I hope I uninstalled the add on programs completely. I really don't want any issues in the future. bought all cars and bike, tuned all (that could be tuned) to lvl4 (F1 was pricy tuning wow) at speed the F1 car should stick to the ground like glue, its been calculated that at speed an F1 car could drive on the ceiling and stick! lol I hope next update might address this... this is another excellent update, thanks to all the moders for their hard work,

how to get the file and run it with out all the extra stuff? I don't want the invasive programs infecting my PC! Help I love the unofficial patches but I don't want extra garbage just to down load a file.

I've said it before but I don't think you guys hear it enough so here's another big THANK YOU!!! for all your hard work on the patch and updates :D I can not wait to see what is next/new for the patch update :D

Hey guys/gals! been playing on the patch v0.4 with out any game issues! would like to point out with Auto Trans the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 holds its gears just little to long past rev limit on each gear :( can this be addressed next patch? Thanks again for all the hard work you moders do!

I have Steam version and use this patch with no issues. After unpacking the game DO NOT START GAME WITH STEAM LAUNCH! You MUST only use the game Universal Launcher. Steam launcher will "re-pack" the game and that won't allow the patch to work... Also don't forget to go into steam game setting "library" and turn OFF automatic updates for TDU2! (there probably won't be any but just incase...right?) With the Universal Launcher you can choose to launch game online or offline, it will work fine either way! :) hope this helps

OK i think i stumbled onto the answer... this patch is NOT Steam friendly! (as it is now) :( Steam re-packs the game when it starts, (long time to re-pack on 1st run after unpack and patch install...) any chance next update patch could be Steam friendly? Thanks, i actually watched and paused that video step by step to make sure i did it right. luckily i copied my main folder for TDU2 :) also i retested: unpack, install patch then ran game offline with universal starter and it work! next test will be: unpack, install patch then run on line with universal starter (no Steam) an see if it works, wish me luck.

Help! i use TDU2 Steam installed version... game crashes after 3rd load screen! (where it was mentioned the "movie" was to be skipped) Step 1: i installed the "TDU2: Unofficial Patch v0.1c (for retail game)", game started as normal everything worked ($20 car wash, paint all cars, unlocked 3 new cars, etc.) but i could NOT see the cars that were added. (all i saw were "VW rabbits" with huge rims and dealer show rooms were empty where new cars should have been...) Step 2: i DLed the unpacked, unpacked (all went well), then ran the "TDU2: Unofficial Patch v0.3 (for unpacked game)" installer, (again went well). Step 3: started Steam, then started TDU2. game starts, loads up to 3rd load screen then it crashes back to desktop! Step 4: tried to uninstall "TDU2: Unofficial Patch v0.1c (for retail game)" from program list, it just uninstalls v0.3!! Step 5: re-installed "TDU2: Unofficial Patch v0.3 (for unpacked game)" installed OK. Step 6: started TDU2 (Steam was still on). 3rd start up screen, Crashed... Step 7: started "Universal Launcher" by knyazev, tried start up online: crash!, tried start up offline: crash!... Step 8: set up account here, posted for HELP!!!
