Hi @redd. I think my headline rolls right up, what seems giving users in here headaches the most. Everything else is simply repairing db inconsitiencies. Noone could know beforehand what e-mail domains were to be delivered. And noone knows which of those will be after a few weeks. It will remain trial and error.

As I read @carrollsh it seems re-editing the game login *after* the change of password on the website was not done. You should still be able to go to your profiles ingame then "edit" the locked out profile from there. The game should then bring up the big login screen in which you find the account name uneditable.
