There are people who do not like to wait, look, we have passed the letter P, more than half the alphabet. Now it may be very likely that TDUP will release until the end of 2019. (just my speculation)... @Milli take the time you need, do not rush, do as Rockstar, takes years to launch a game and when it launches, are masterpieces. I believe that the TDUP will be a masterpiece...

By the way, v1.10 is up guys.
- Added 2-step tuning for Brabus E63, Brabus SV12 S and Brabus ML63.
- Reworked textures for Ferrari F355, Ferrari 348 TS, Ferrari F50 and Ferrari 599 GTB.
 

As far as I'm concerned, that's a feature. It was implemented way back, with an old patch, I think. They did it so cops can show up during online gameplay or something.

That happens because the police textures.  It's a bug with the original police file, and maybe that's why they were "removed" as traffic from the game.

v1.03 is up. 

Replaces the SL65 Black Series sound, with a fresh mod from Zebukas.

Nah, it's a matter of car file name. To make these small variants work, it's the same amount of work for a totally different one, because it is indeed a "new car" in the database.
 
*** For those who don't know, Gran Turismo once said to have 1000 cars, but a bunch of them were Miatas, but with a name difference, since one was Euro model, other JDM and other US market. (Mazda MX-5, Mazda Eunos Roadster and Mazda Miata)

You must extract the Achievements.db, run it through TDU UT, change the number, re-encrypt it by running it again through TDU UT and repack it inside the database. Edit it through Modding Tools directly won't work.
 
Or, you can use TDUF 1.12 Toolset to edit it aswell. But that one is more tricky to use.

To make prize cars re-buyable, you basically remove the restriction in same time, so, they can be "bought" without the requirement completion. So, i am not sure on what i will do about it.
