    Not to sound rude but if you wanna request a car to be made then it's a good idea to also suggest a good model or a game that has one, that is with a decent exterior and an interior good enough for the cockpit view. Otherwise someone has to make the model or at least some of the parts themselves which might be a tough ask to justify putting a ton of time and effort into something that the person doing it might not be very interested in.

    It must be one of the sector-x-y-z-b files in /Euro/Bnk/Level/ or something. Can you show the exact spot on the map where that happens?

    There's no ENB integrated with the Platinum package. The d3d9.dll file is for Project Paradise, which is the multiplayer mod that also removes some of the game limits so it functions correctly with the rest of the mods in the pack.

    For the most part that's because they were made by different modders at different times, so some of them may not have been skilled enough to get them right. Or maybe they decided to make them like that intentionally... for some reason.

    Anyway, all of the models are going to be reworked in future patches, so it's fair to say the overwhelming majority of the cars will look quite a bit different than they do now.

    So i upgraded a corvette that said it has 400 something speed, max tuning now it say 500 something, this one didn't have any body kits or something but the car doesn't go past 340.

    Hi. The top speed aspect was explained in FAQ that's in the very first post of this thread. Please read that first.

    At the moment those cars aren't included in the pack. You will need to install the same mods with your friends for everyone to see the same cars.

    As for the cars themselves, they may be included in the next update, but I can't say for sure.

    But I have a suggestion : the roads signs with text (especially "STOP", "ONE WAY" and "EXIT ONLY") need to have a better resolution texture. Texts on them are too much blurry. 

     

    There are lots of graphics mods out there for that sort of thing. Maybe there will be something done about it, I don't know.

    Hi, make sure to run the game via the Project Paradise launcher and check the big bnk box. Don't delete d3d9.dll.

  9. I always welcome anyone trying to work on mods and what not, so if there's anyone that wants to start but doesn't know how and what to do, I'm always down to help. However, to be able to "fix" mods takes about the same knowledge as making them from scratch, it's just less time consuming. On the other hand, TDuck discord exists, it's very active and has the people to answer virtually any question about modding. So I think it's more that people aren't very interested in doing something on their own (not to sound rude or anything).

    I would like the idea if we had a bigger group of people making improvements, cause then it would have made sense to make some sort of a spreadsheet of things needed to be done, and assign those things to different people and have it all a bit more coordinated. In the current situation tho, I'm not sure if that's really worth it.

    Trust me, as a person that's trying to help her with it, I can confirm that it's very time consuming. Even on my own mods I didn't get the dials to work correctly. I will update them sometime with new fixes and what not but doing it for each and every single car with that problem on top of what's already planned would be tough.

    I would suggest trying it out yourself. If there were more people helping her maybe we could get it done.

    EDIT: Okay, tried unzipping the archive with 7-Zip instead of the Windows shell and it works fine. But what am I supposed to do with the .z01 and .z02 files?

    You just unzip the zip, its contents get to the destination anyway.

    1) TDU2 roads in TDU1 are technically possible but given the incomplete state of TDU World Editor it's no easy task. Although we're trying to streamline the process of road conversion so maybe it'll be done sometime. About Ibiza... that will be much harder since it's a completely different location, adding it by the side or replacing the existing map with it will be very complicated, if possible at all.

    2) might be possible but not sure how to achieve that.

    3) I think you won't have them alongside one another, you might have to choose which set you wanna play.

    4) me and some other guys are trying to make Hardcore the default physics mode the game runs on, so it will be available from the beginning and with all the features from normal mode. Not much success so far but hey, we definitely haven't given up.

    5) this one is related to Project Paradise. As the mod is incomplete and the developer (who also happens to be the World Editor creator) hasn't been online on the forums for ages, I think this is the most we can get from the online functionality of the game. Unless someone makes a brand new launcher with a different netcode to support what's missing, that is. Currently there's no one working on one.

    6, 7, 8,...) why don't you join our Discord? There's a whole lot of activity there, with a bunch of people cracking their brains trying to figure out how things work in the game (including the AI, there have been some breakthroughs in that part as well) and we could always use one more. 

    Anyway, good job, not sure how this slipped in the forums basically unnoticed. And good luck researching. Hope to see you soon in our Discord!

    The love letter to the one of the greatest sports cars in the history...is now out! Took me quite a bit of time, pain and suffering to get there, but it was definitely worth it.

    Changelog

    v1.2:
    - added the reverse lights, reworked the tail lights, some of the materials, improved rear offsets, lower ride height (from TDUPK)

    Features:
    - working doors, windows and dials,
    - colorable interior (needs to be adjusted in the database),
    - second LOD,
    - 3-color paint jobs (primary color, stripes as secondary and the third color being the Porsche decals and brakes).

    Bugs:
    - None I've seen so far. Tell me in the comments or in our Discord if you find any.
    - Not really a bug, but the TDUPK provided isn't really accurate cause I couldn't find any info about the car apart from weight, power, torque and weight distribution, the rest is from the Eden default car. Feel free to make good handling for it and send me, I can include it in an update or something.

    Installation: follow these instructions (depending on how you wanna do it).
