    It seems that they are assigned to a tuning shop, though. And according to the game's database both the roadster and model s have tuning packs available, so why can't they be upgraded?

    Hello, Are Tesla vehicles able to be upgraded? I can get into the American parts tuner with both of them, but once I do they say the car can't be upgraded and kick me out.

    I am having an issue where when I cannot upgrade the Tesla Roadster, even though I could enter the tuning shop. Is there any way to fix this? Edit: This also happens with the Model S
