    I do have a radio mod installed since it's bundled with the Platinum mod. I have an i5 6600k overclocked to 4.6 ghz and 16GB of RAM. If that's not enough, that's some bad optimization.

    I have. Also deleted my old profile and started anew, no dice. The freezes seem to happen most often when radio activates/changes stations/tracks/does anything.

    I get constant 1-second freezes everywhere, anyone knows how to fix it? It didn't happen until I bought the Honda NSX and started trying the Car Control time trial...
