  1. Dodge Ram Mega Cab With 6.7L Cummins Turbodiesel. You can easily mod these to 1000 lb ft of torque and around 600 hp. I've seen one run an 11 second quarter mile. It goes to show that diesels are not slow. gvb5.jpg

They are tough to park, but fortunately that is not as big of a deal here in the southwestern United States.

  2. Best vehicle I have ever driven is an Escalade ESV Platinum Edition. Helped some friends move and they needed someone to move some stuff over to another house. Then they had me drive it back home. Absolutely awesome. An 18 year old in that got a lot of attention for that short drive lol.

I think the absolute nicest vehicle I have ever been in though is a Mercedes E320. Gorgeous interior.

Oh, and the Jeep SRT8 has a crap interior, but it is QUICK.

I've sat in a lot of nicer vehicles at car shows, but I dont think that counts.

  3. bodykits are nice and all, but they do make you stick out when you cruising and see the "pigs" out.

Not to mention people like me point at you and laugh and say they need to spend less time watching Fast and the Furious. It's way better to take that money you would waste on a bumper and use it on performance mods. Other than wheels and tires, go for the sleeper effect. :)

  4. yeah. i first bought the Sportster Replay W/ car kit & the boombox(so i can listen @ work)

Then i got tired of bringing the reciever to and from my car everyday, so i bought a second reciever, the Sportster 4. Its awesome. on the '4', Howard's channels are listed under a different channel listing ('Howard') And since i have the sportster Replay in the boombox @ work, while Howard is on, im using a pair of Sony 900Mhz wireless headphones, so i can listen to the show, w/o bothering anybody. and the signal for the headphones are good for 150ft. if i know im going to go past the reach of the headphone transmitter, i pause my radio. :) (i love that feature)

The wireless headphones idea is pretty cool. Do you ever listen to Faction? I've found that is a fun one for during TDU also (even the few rap songs lol).

  5. I've seen quite a few exotics living in Phoenix and going to Scottsdale. In fact, I've seen the only Mclaren registered in AZ. I've also seen Lambos, Ferraris, Rolls Royces, Bentleys (saw one a week ago), and quite a few Lotus Elises. Then you also have the typical MB SL55s over here. Makes you a little envious to drive over there lol.

And I wish I could find a TVR for 8K here. I have NEVER seen one of those in person and have seen very few pictures of them.

  6. Don't spawn on the same place as him. Click on his name on the map and he appears Immediately. That's what i always do, and it works 90% of the time :D

I've actually tried that as well, I get the same result though. :(

  7. Well, its still doing it. No matter how long we spend at a single place, we never can see each other. We can see each other on radar, but when we spawn there is no one where there should be. However, we were able to race by both entering one of the online racing servers. Basically, I'm confused. I'm gonna try to get a hold of Atari about it.

  8. Well, figured I'd show off my car in here and be one of the few Americans to do so.

It's a 2002 Jeep Liberty (Cherokee for the rest of world). Its got a 215 hp 3.7L V6, Select-Trac 4x4, four speed tranny, leather, sunroof, the works. My first vehicle and I really enjoy it. It was also lifted for a short while. However, I had issues with suspension geometry and could not afford the necessary components to correct it, so I had to remove it.

And in case you are wondering, I removed the Dodge comment because I just priced one and its not happening for a while lol.

  9. Well, it depends on your priorities. In my opinion, get a truck. I'm not sure where you are located, but an older truck with a V8 and some mudder tires is loads of fun. I'm talking 1960's and 1970's era Dodges and Fords.

  10. i have every Tool, Disturbed, Static-X, Linkin Park cd, the last two SOAD, Metallica's S&M album & the Blackest Album (industrial tribute), and some others, but going to go into a huge list right now. But even when they first started playing Evan Blue's first single, 'Cold (but im still here)', i didnt care for it, nor do i care for the new one. Not HARD enough for my taste, ya kno. :)

if i had the money to get a Stiletto 10/100, i'd be listening to Octane/Hard Attack @ the gym instead of my MP3 player (i know one of the stiletto's has space to load mp3's.)

How long have you had Sirius? i bough mine November '05. didnt wanna miss one show of Howard Stern's

I originally had XM, but their rock playlists absolutely suck. So I switched to Sirius (actually also in November 05 I think lol) after hearing it on Dish Network. I have never regretted that change. I have it in the house with Dish and in my Jeep with the Sporster Replay. And I still dont trust those Stiletto things yet. I had a MyFi and it would not pick up a signal when not attached to an external antenna like it promised. I still have it around here somewhere. Cool gadget with lots of potential, but it just didnt work.

  11. your choices are mine dude! :D Great tastes in music! Metallica, Zombie, Godsmack, Static-X, Tool, Nickelback & most stuff played on Octane (except Evans Blue & Avenged Sevenfold) FTW

Awesome! You gotta give the new Evan's Blue song "The Pursuit" credit though. And other than that, I think I have cd's for all the bands you listed. Considering some Tool for the night now lol.
