I can't believe how highly rated that design is on RMR.

A couple of guys on the xbox forums have mentioned that their data is now corrupt?! Still the pack will be released on the 29th anyway, so I can hold off playing till then. :)

In the UK there are plenty of places that still stock small quantities of the accessories. Then there's also ebay, amazon etc. But if you're too much of a snob to buy 2nd hand then you will struggle.

Cars are completely different to computer systems! What a poor comparison. You can still buy all xbox games and accessories. If they break its all so cheap you don't need to send it to M$ to get it repaired.

Whats the point in flogging a dead horse? M$ can save money and put more into its current system. Besides old xbox games are compatible with the 360 anyway.

You guys haven't paid attention have you?! :oook: The release of the SC for the 360 is a huge snafu by M$. Its clearly been released ahead of schedule (by some intern who should stick to playing Sonic games, no doubt), and for free too. Aside from that the pack(s) DO NOT WORK. We just have less space on our HDD's. So there is no need to cry because no body has it yet... us guys that have bothered to get a 360 just got a little teaser. The $50 million M$ paid R* was for GTAIV only. That has been stated on these forums quite a few times before... Neither was it a bribe! It was a legitmate business deal that Sony were too slow to pick up on because while GTAIV was being developed they didn't even have a machine for their customers to play it on. That was the biggest reason why GTAIV was delayed so much.

yeah but they only last a few seconds. This time it lasted for over 10 minutes... and only rectified when I went to the map screen.

Results of the first SC DLC. Some weird stuff happened to my game after I dl'd the South Central DLC's The normal texture loading issues were permanent. :)

Credit crunch or playing it safe? http://www.mercurynews.com/business/ci_11417526?nclick_check=1 The original xbox was on sale for 4 years, so it looks like they could be going for 5 to 7 years (even longer maybe) which is a significant time between generations. It is fair to assume though that the next M$ xbox is already well into development, although we won't see it by fall 2010 as some predicted.

It doesn't work though Shadow. Someone at M$ screwed up and has put the stuff on marketplace. My bet is it will be off again soon... and we'll have to wait another month or so.

Just been following a few thread on the XBL forums. There seems to have been a little FUBAR with the update (even worse than TDU's DLC6 i might add). Even after downloading there is nothing new ingame except nearly 1.4gb of empty HDD Will try to keep you updated xbox MC:LA forums

Its a Ferrari F1 car so aside form pricing each individual component its fair to say its 'priceless'. You have to remember there'll be alot of secret tech stuff in there that Ferrari don't want anyone getting their grubby mits on (Alonso). I really like the look of this car though... is quite pretty apart form those stupid wings just infront of the side pods. And back to real slicks too! YAY.

Except that it been around way longer... :rolleyes: I was going to say it got a lot more subtle similarities with the Veyron actually

The map upgrade (Big Surf Island) will be free, but the cars you'll have to purchase. I reckon anywhere from 400-800 msp for them.

Played the demo yesterday for about an hour... is pretty decent. Not sure if I'll spend my money on it. IMO there hasn't been a good skate game since THPS2.

Finally a reason to buy a PS3 has arrived...:) Looks like I might have to start saving and convince my better half its a good idea.

I don't think he meant random in the sense that its in the wrong forum. Its just a huge block of cut and paste random... again.

The original COD is still an awesome game... even by today's standards (not graphically though ;) ) But if you want something current and realistic FarCry 2 is a very nice game with good multiplayer... plus you won't find any COD4/5 newbs there. :) at least on 360 anyway.
