As I said in the first post, As long as they at least keep the Elise Cheap and a Trackday toy, They should be ok. The Elan is Going to be what the Boxter/Cayman is to the 911, So it'll be a Sort of Mini Esprit, With the Esprit beeing to top dog. So they wil be the Supercars for Lotus. The Elite is going to be there GT, to take on the likes of the V8 Vantage, Jaguar XKR, Maserati GT and the likes. And the Eterne To take on the Panamara and the 4-Door DB9(Rapid or whatever) Now the plan should work. Lotus does have a brand(albit, to most young people seem to think there rubbish as it doen't have a gazillion horse power) But does lotus have the build quality to take them on? Diehard fans can put up with not having the best, and most people know that Lotus are more track focused. But the Market in the East doen't really know that, and Will they really care about '60 years of history' and a 'Racing History'. If the cars don't fit to there likings, then they wont care! So it'll come to the showroom? And what will they pick? This is where Lotus will have a go! As Mr Middle-Eastern Billionair Oil Barron Want's somthing diffrent from his Billionair mates who alreday have the Aston, Ferrari and Porche! Since its somthing new and diffrent! And if they are well built then They Should be onto a winner!:D And As many of yous know(or may rember from ages ago on the Atrai fourms), I love Lotus's. And At first i was like 'No, Just No...sorry', I'm starting to really dig them new cars(My PC Desktop pic is the new Elise, Laptop one is the Elan, and PS3 is the Esprit). I just hope they can pull it off and still keep there Trackday side, and not be overpriced!

I'm Starting to think that the 'leaked' carlist a few weeks back was maybe the real thing...Thats not a bad thing! Jag XKR Will most probs take the Place of Lotus as so far, no mention of them!:ill: Buttheres still hope, They were in the old HP games wern't they? Also, I have Ideas about ferrari. Since Alot of the cars from the NFS Shift packs are in this(Alfa & Maza GT). Ferrari were also a DLC from Shift(albit a 360 only pack) so Possably they will come out later as DLC! Or the most likly case is they don't want to have there ferraris shmashed up in Burnout Style crash's! Also About the map, It may be small but I also have an idea about that as well. It may look small but the Video does say "100's of Miles of Road"(or somthing like that) so maybe the roads are Long, rather than Shoving in lots of small side roads. And Maybe, They my add more in soon, or in Burnout Paradise style, have the odd 'hidden' mapo locations like a Track or air port! Just my ideas!:cool: So no going 'OMG' at them then going "The Legendry Calster Lied to me!"

Ed: ok heres my entry, Took a while to decide on it, but I could't find any Good Slivias! So FWD it is... A JDM Honda Integra Type-R(DC2), costing £4,295 Always had a thing for the DC2 Intagra in JDm form(Europe got the ugly one, same car with diffrent lights), and since the DC2 was a great handling car(Was made Evo magazines best FWD Car, and 22nd of there 'Greatest Drivers cars') so I can't go wrong with this! While looking for it, i did come accross this rear gem, Which i never knew Existed, a 4 Door Intagra Type-R(DC2), again a JDM! Shame i never lseen that for the last challenge!

Ok, sorry for the bad title name, but its to do with lotus! A few months ago, Lotus went all funny with its press releases, and now we know what they've been doing! They have decided to go all upmarket on us! Now this can lead to one of two things... 1) It works, and Lotus manage to take on the Ferrari & Porche and make mega bucks or... 2) It manages to kill of the brand and then then end up in money problems and then becomming owned by some low buget car maker who you only really know about because they own a good car maker.(Now i wounder where i've seen this story?) So what the line up? Well we now have a new Esprit, Elite, Elan, a replacement for the Elise and a four-door super-saloon called the Eterne. Now The Esprit comback has been in the works for a while now, but the Elite & Elan are new news, and the Eterne is an all new idea! I'm not sure how to look at this, but Surely it can't be that bad? As long as they keep the Elise cheap(Around £25K - £30K) and don't try to make them all up-market cars(An Elise with Leather seats, a Cup hold and all that...no thanks) then maybe this can work! Thats at Glenshee, One of about 5 Ski centers in the UK(and all of them in Scotland). Compaired to Europe there not that good, but since its only 80 miles away or so, Its fine!(All of them winthin 150 miles or so from where i live) But soon, me and my dad are heading to Europe for skiing!:D Maybe in the MR2 doing a cross-Europe trip! taking all our gear(Snow Blades included, as they are small enough to fit in in the Hood of the car(thanks to Mid-Engneness) and we don't drive with them on the roof, but it looks cool! lol Sorry for beeing off-topic!:eek: lol

Yeh, I'm just hoping thats a rough egide, although i'm guessing they've gone for size rather than ammount. But if the game is't freerome(which i havent herd if it is or not) then that could explain the size... I'm guessing that the PC edtion of Paradise got left out is because it never sold as well as they hoped, or that when the PC edtion came out, the DLC was just beeing released on PS3/360.

So they finally showed a image of it(and not the teaser pic's) All i can say is "Gallardo Replacement"..... Looks like there trying to keep the Muric On the go for as long as they can, but Lambo do have a habit of doing that(Countach, Diablo) so maybe 2011 for the replacement... Or, This is a Reventon styled project for the Gallardo. Eather way, I'm really starting to dislike current car design, The 456 looks too Japanese for a Ferrari and Lambo just want to have lots of pointy edges on a smooth design. I'll just take the McLaren MP4...Smooth design!:cheeky: *Sorry for little rant there!

It's Here! At long last, one of the cars I've always loved has finaly gotten its roof chopped! The Ferrari SA APERTA Roadster, to give it's official name, Will be limited to just 80 cars, and All of which have been sold. They havent just chopped the roof off, they have redesigned the chassis to make it stiffer and V12 has been uprated! Ferrari say the roof is "just a light soft top designed to be resorted to only if the weather gets particularly bad". The Roof is slightly more tilted and ride height has been lowered. All this And it's expected to cost £340k, and theres a chanse that all will be diffrent, as theres a whole range of colours to pick from! I've been in the mood for skiing since the snow melted up in the mountions, but i've been buying new gear(jacket, Goggles, Snow Blades and a Russian Style hat!) so i though i'd post a pic of me on my Snow Blades... http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z23/calster-17/Other%20stuff/P1240035.jpg Befoure you ask, Snow Blades are Ski's, but tiny(as you can see in the pic) and unlike ski's you dont need the poles, and there exceedling Nimble(think of them as the Caterham of Snow travle). They do have a down side though, but nothing big and is actually a plus! If you've used ski's then you'll know the poles help you in your not on a slope, or going up a small slope...well since you dont use them its a bit of a pain! but there light enough to just take off and Carry! Big advantage!(And They fit in our MR2! which is just epic as people are like WTF when we turn up in it!) *Sorry for long story, got carryed away and could't be bothered to deleate when i wrote!

Hey, I Guess everyone knows that GT5 is comming out on the 5th November this year!(Its the days leading up to the 5th if you live outside of the UK) This post is kinda pointless in a way but I was woundering who's getting the game? As when it's out i'dd be doing sort of Championships/Challenges(For example, the 10K Japanese Sporting challenge, Car & mod's muct be no more than 10K and see who's got the best one) and Seeing how everyone here will be good drivers Im morwe than happy if you's join! So As i said, Whos all getting the game?

Had to do a quick blast into Aberdeen yesterday to pick up my new suit(looks epic btw!:D)... I seen a 911 GT3 RS(996) A E30 BMW Estate, E92 M3 and a M5(E60) Estate as well...which Made me smile(yes, me smiling at a BMW...it does happen) A F360 I also came upone what must of been the 'SUV Club' as I seen a X5M, X6M, Q7 V12, Cayenn Turbo and A Kann all pritty much on the same street! Made me laugh as the most off road they will ever see is a few leafs that have fallen off the trees, wait come to thi9nk of it thats the most off road they can actually do!

I backroad blast yesterday in our MR nearly ended up with a Hybrid MR2 599GTB! Thankfully the owner of it seemed Suprised to see us round the corner and i'm guessing that thanks to its brakes that we diddent meet! Funnly enough its the same 599 that i stalled in front of last week when on a driving lesson, and the same one that they driver is a legend for doing a quick burnout and blast when me and a mate seen it at Traffic lights! Seen nothing today though...been raining and i havent been out yet! :(

Not the best mix this... Me doing a Round-a-bout for the first time on my driving lesson, When happens to be behind me? A Ferrari 599! :eek: Not the best things to happen and my thinking was sort of along these lines... Find a Nice Twisty, empty road at night and have this playing...Pure Win!(370Z's make good for this!:cheeky:)
