  1. Well thanks guys, I actually do have a G25, and I use 900 degrees rotation btw. I'll look into the profiler settings to see if I can adjust the pedal sensitivity there like you said. Thanks
  2. Hi everyone, I know it's not possible to adjust the pedal sensitivity ingame in TDU but I was wondering if some of you might have found a way around this. I think this game would be a lot better if the pedals were a whole lot less sensitive so you could actually put a little pressure on your brake and not immediately start to lock up your wheels. I drive in HC mode most of the time because I find the handling of the cars much more enjoyable in this mode. I just wish I could pull up without wheel spin (it's almost impossible even in the Saturn Sky!) and brake without locking up right away. You notice this especially when driving very slow. Anything you guys know about that I don't? Would love to hear about it.
  3. You might want to check out THIS TOPIC which talks about setting up your g25 in the correct manner. Pretty important stuff if you want to get the most out of your wheel and the force feedback effects.
  4. hehe, that's the first thing I thought. Hmmm, if you can decrease it then maybe you can increase it too! Since the game runs between 80-120 fps for me anyway on max settings, I figured I could do with a bit of extra view distance or draw distance. But alas. It's ok though, TDU already looks really nice. Although, sometimes it does bother me a little bit how the cars change from detailed to not detailed when you get further away from them, and how suddenly this happens, it could be better, but then again, you see this in most games.
  5. appearantly so. :) Just add -w to the command line just like you can add -fps to get an ingame fps counter. Which is enormously inconveniently placed btw, whenever I have it on I keep missing half of the chat.
  6. What do you mean mate? I think we know each other don't we? Haven't I seen you around on TWIP or somewhere else?
  7. Thank you for the welcome guys. I just had my first good drive with the nightmod and it was pretty cool. I can't wait to delve into the collection of mods you guys have here.
  8. Hello Diablo, could you please contact me @ [email protected] I would like to ask you something but I am not allowed to PM you. Thank you. Matthijs.

    1. Thank you guys for your swift responses. I first tried the compatibilty tab to run it in 640x480 mode but the problem persisted. Then I tried to add -w to the command line and starting up in a window helped to get rid of the problem! I went to video settings but the resolution was set to what it was supposed to be. All the graphic settings had reverted to default though. That was probably because I updated my graphics drivers to the latest version recently. I think all it needed was a healthy startup, because after closing TDU down again, I was able to start the game using my own profile, in full screen mode, without any problems. Thank you! Now to try out some of these mods you have here! :D
    2. Just a thought, but couldn't you also make a 'new posts minus requests' link? Figured if you can change the search code for the 'todays posts' you could probably also do it for the 'new posts'. I'm new here though and haven't experienced any of the problems you guys mention yet. Just figured I'd drop in my 2ct. :)
    3. Hello all, The other day, when I decided to fire up TDU, I ran into some trouble. The game started up, showed me the intro clips, I hit enter, it goes to the loading screen with the red GT40 and then, when it goes to the main menu, the screen starts to flash like I am constantly holding down alt-tab or something. I see a black windowed TDU which is flashing and I see windows in the background. The game is at this point still running because I can hear the menu sounds when I move up and down or press enter. As soon as I press enter though, the game will crash completely and close down. It almost looks like the video resolution is not supported. So, I figured I'd take out my savefiles so TDU would start freshly and have me make a new profile. This worked, the game started up as it was supposed to and everything worked fine. I then put my savegame back in but the same problem started happening again. I suspect that the problem might be the resolution that the profile is set to (although I have no idea how it would have changed) is not supported or something and causes this to happen. Problem is that I can't access the game and change the resolution from within the game menus. That's why I was wondering if you guys, with all your knowledge of the TDU files, might know if there's a way to change the resolution outside of the game. I would really hate to have to give up my profile which has so many hours in it. I hope you guys can help me out on this, I really don't want to start over again, I always drive in HC mode so with a new profile it will take me forever to get to the required level again. Thanks for reading.
    4. Hello everyone, What an excellent site you guys have made here! It's very good to see that I'm not the only one who loves TDU so much and that the game has attracted the attention of some of you talented modding folk. Hats off and thank you very much. I came over here from the Atari TDU forums where I was known as MatthijsBorgdorff, my real name, some of you might have seen me around there. Right now I have some trouble with TDU but I wont pollute this topic with that. I've already seen some very cool mods in here! Can't wait to start trying them out! Again, thanks for this great site. Matthijs/Tysmyster
