About 2 weeks ago I finally got to go on our family trip. This year's destinations were London and then Paris. I've never been out of North America before, so this was a huge new experience. Luckily, I'm armed with a Brit accent and a good knowledge of French, so I felt ready for this trip. Most of these pictures are from a digital camera. I'll upload the Canon EOS ones sometime in the future when I'm not too tired. On the first day we went to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, walking through that... big street... where Top Gear filmed... uhh... (mods can feel free to put the correct names in :p) http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040853_zpsbcf578e5.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040856_zps06628830.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040866_zpsae643223.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040890_zpsd4e48333.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040927_zps85f940fb.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040933_zpsed17b0f9.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040935_zps672aed69.jpg~original The next day we went to multiple museums in Hammersmith. After the history lessons, we walked through Hyde Park (big mistake! :() and took a bus to the Camden Markets. http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040942_zps77e40b88.jpg~original http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040947_zpsb85570f5.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040952_zpscf3e4241.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040954_zps738bfb67.jpg It was getting late, so we took a tube... somewhere... :hmmm: and took the taxi a cab into Piccadilly... for some reason. (I have a great memory. :nods:) http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040956_zpsaf3ba1e5.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040965_zpsd5ebf639.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040975_zpsd6d79ca4.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040979_zps5774cd47.jpg~original This was the last day, I believe, so we went to HMS Belfast, Tower Bridge, Tower London, and back west to Downing Street. http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040980_zpsb4799765.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040994_zps9dff0bea.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1040998_zps3f20eb5a.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050017_zpse7e5d663.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050030_zpsbfd500b4.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050036_zps7118f4e7.jpg http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050037_zpsce18679a.jpg~original http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050039_zpsa3675657.jpg~original http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050040_zpsf1f0fb13.jpg~original http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050041_zps0388eae8.jpg~original The day after was the day we were leaving London, so I don't have many pictures for this day. We would be taking the Eurostar train from St. Pancras to Gare du Nord in Paris, but first, we took the obligatory King's Cross picture: http://i737.photobucket.com/albums/xx20/ScoobSTi/P1050045_zps6523b202.jpg That's it for London! I have many many more pictures, but I'll upload them some other time, along with the DSLR ones! PS: For those of you that love my amazing car photography, I'll have you know that my family isn't keen on cars, and I didn't want to keep them waiting while I snapped 100 pictures of whatever I saw on the street. Cars I Saw But Couldn't Get Pictures Of: - Lamborghini Aventador - 2 or 3 TVR's - 2 LR Defenders
