Here are some vehicle tunes that I have made for AutoPack vehicles, now keep in mind that these tunes are not completely mine. Credit goes to Mitkop81 for making the original tunes and I changed the unrealistic stats to be more like the real version. I will update this thread whenever I have a new tune ready for people to check out. Also, I thoroughly test my tunes before releasing them. But if you find something that seems off about the tunes, let me know and I will do some corrections. So without further ado, let’s get onto the list. First off, you will need the newest version of Vehicle Property Editor (VPE), by Binbow, in order to import the tunes into the database. To import: Put the .bin file into the "ImportExport" folder (for simplicity); then launch VPE; then select the target vehicle, using the "Brand" tab and the "Model" tab to find the vehicle that matches the .bin file name; once you find the vehicle model, select it in the model tab and click on the "Load" button; once the vehicle is loaded up, click the "Import" button and select the .bin file that is named the same as the selected vehicle; select the correct .bin file and double click on it; you will see the stats change, but they aren't applied yet; after you see the stats change, click apply and the import is complete. Importing in my custom tunes is the same process as above, but you need to have Unofficial Community Patch V0.4 installed (since it's the only way to have Maserati brand). AutoPack is optional, but a good idea to have installed. You also need to pick a vehicle to use as a replacement. I recommend using something that's unreleased, since certain released vehicles might be a bit stubborn when it comes to removing their rims (like the boss vehicles for example). Autopack realistic re-tunes: BMW M4 Akropovic (from AutoPack 1.7) - Engine performance made to be as realistic as possible - Transmission gear ratios made to be as realistic as possible - Grip performance has been increased to allow the car to corner much better. - No need to change tire specifications Custom tunes: Maserati Levante S.bin Maserati Levante S Tire specs Future releases: BMW i8 (from AutoPack 1.5) Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo (from AutoPack 1.7)

I was able to reach 120 MP3 songs on my Custom Radio in TDU1. I had 4 radio stations with 30 songs in each of them. Now may I ask, has anyone reach past the number I've mentioned? And what did you do to reach that number? Post away everyone.

Hey. Remember tototo's golf mk1? My suggestion is something like that too, but in another dimension. How about an Audi Q7 with a nice bodykit and shiny chrome wheels? Or black wheels on black car. I thought about something like this: http://audivalley.valleysites.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Audi_Q7_Custom.jpg http://www.tuningnews.net/news/070706/ppi-audi-q7.jpg This is the best ( more pictures and a actually real car ) : http://www.je-design.de/de/audi_q7_4L_S-Line.php :hiya:

Hello. Is there any way to have a custom radio station in TDU2? I really miss this option from TDU, and making a radio station folder doesn't work.

Couple things your going to need if you don't have them already 1. Magic Audio Converter 2. Djey's TDU Modding Tools II 3. Track List Tutorial Preview

Don't know how long this will last but I'll give it a shot. Right now I have about 18 models cars/trucks that I have put together. I started this hobby about 2 or 3 years ago. Now I have put these vehicles together when I had my NFSU2 days and yes, they are riced out. Now I'm starting to redo these models and make them look better (hopefully). I'll be posting pics and perhaps updates of my progress. It's just like working on a real car in terms of custom bodywork and such. EDIT: Also, I've been collecting actual car parts here and there. If they need some fixing I'll post them here. Here is my 1st car to restore, I forgot to take a picture of what it looked like before but this is what it really looked like, but instead of orange its this dark green And the rim spokes were black: -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- Oh and also, I wanted to have a split hood like they had in NFSU2, so I had cut the hood/bonnet in half down the middle. Well that failed so I glued it back together and with a bit of cardboard pieces and a lot of body filler, I hid the cut with a roof scoop. It warped the hood and made it curl and I said whatever lol. Ok, here is the progress I made so far: This was what I had did to the interior... Yes i had painted it like that back in the days, its OBVIOUSLY going to be redone. http://i944.photobucket.com/albums/ad289/westwingturbos/Cars/Model%20Car%20Fabrication/100_4172.jpg The body: http://i944.photobucket.com/albums/ad289/westwingturbos/Cars/Model%20Car%20Fabrication/100_4173.jpg Look at that spoiler, its a dining table . Also the previous wheels are on the left and the messed up hood underneath the body. Where is stands as of now: http://i944.photobucket.com/albums/ad289/westwingturbos/Cars/Model%20Car%20Fabrication/100_4171.jpg I gotta head to the store for primer and paint to continue. I had to use a lighter to heat up the hood and twist it at many places to get the contours right and to make it fit properly.

Can someone please tell me what I need to edit when I make a car's rpm higher because when I take, let's say the Challenger's rpm from 5000-6000 I can't drive the car in auto because the gears won't change. I test the cars in auto because this affects the AI as well and it's annoying if you're in a race and the AI stays in 1st gear. I really need help with this because I've tried everything from Inertia to Acceleration and I'm out of ideas.

I've read a discription about adding own music in to the game. This should be actually for this TDU2, but it doesn't worked. They say, that we must go to the savegame folder and create a folder called "RADIO". After that a custom station and put the music files in it. It can only play 32 files, but I don't have seen any changes. Can somebody tell it?

Hello, this is how to adjust your custom HUD. This will show you how to change the rev limit and speedo adjustment, instead of reusing TDU's rev and speedo positions. ------------------------------------------ Tool you need: Notepad Djeys modding tools ------------------------------------------ 1: Make your custom HUD. [For example: Mine is stock Toyota supra hud (Unfinished)] Once finished your HUD you'll notice that your car either shifts to early or goes way over your rev counter. Extract HUD.ini and open with notepad It will look like something like this: ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ 3: It's all about trial and error, change only 'Val_max' values and save and import into TDU and everytime you make a change you need to close TDU and reload it. Please note: KMH is different to MPH! You can't just make them the same number. This is what mine looks like. ------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------ What that has done, is instead of XKR needles shifting on 7 thousand RPM on my custom RPM gauge has changed the needle to shift on 6 thousand RPM by raising the number '8500' then normal '7500' With the speedo it requires alot more adjusting and patience, to get it really accurate you need to change the whole number and keep lowering the number or raising it. In the end you will get it accurate. :) ------------------------------------------ Good luck! I hope this can expand people doing custom HUD etc.

Hi im new btw, anyway i have gotten into this whole TDU modding scene just recently and its been really great! However, i think it's still lame to have all the names in the cars. I tried using teh name/brand tools with the TDU modding tools given but that didn't do anything (no change). I used the Performance editor to find that most of the brands were there (yay). But it causes crash! :(. Mostly the main thing i want to do is change something like "Lotus Elise R" to "Mini Cooper S" without effecting all the other cars. I tried manually opening up the data base, however, none of my save changes appear on the "change manufacturer" in TDU Vehicle manager. How would it be possible, without the game crashing, to do custom names?
