OK, I'm a complete noob when it comes to modding. But I am curious about something. How, in a nutshell, do you get a custom car model into the game? Is it necessary to import and 'adapt' a car from a different game - or can you, if you had the time and patience, completely make up your own car? That seems sensible to me, seeing as all the cars in the game were made from scratch by the developers - so why should somebody else not be able to? Say I had a 3D model of a car. I'm a noob with 3D modelling too, so I have no idea whether this model includes/can be made to have animations, spinning wheels etc - but what file format(s) would it have to be to turn it into a TDU2 car, and would one go from 3D model to finished in-game car that you can drive? - Dan

i was wondering if i copy and renamed a car file to one of the traffic it would change the traffic to that car file can i do this without crashing TDU?
