My daily is a 1990 Nissan U12 Pintara which has a few mods to it. But my project car is a 1974 Datsun 260z running a turbo-charged L26 (carbi boosting FTW!) however, I'm doing a ground up resto on it at the moment. It's just about ready for me to paint the shell.

i going to get a 260z with a rb25 engine in it for my next car i love those old datsuns have you got any pics of the 260z

Ah, nice, RB25 is a pretty common swap thesedays, considering the aftermarket support of the RB series, that's no real surprise I guess. Especially the power you can get out of them relatively basic mods.

Don't have a huge number of pics uploaded at the moment, but here is a shot of the shell I'm working on (I haven't sprayed it yet). The blue one already in the garage is the original Z I purchased, but it suffers from major rust issues.

Ye olde' turbo setup. This will be cleaned up a bit (elimination of a few lines that aren't required anymore etc.)

And the first Z as it stood a while ago.

Cheers.

i couldnt disagree more :D i think the skyline is a much better car than the M5 and its much more of a head turner aswell

Skyline breaks down to much. M5 with Meisterschaft GT is much more of a head turner then a rice cooker my friend, i can tell you, have experience with that.
