  1. @ Invo: Yeah its an old pic like i said. I dont have my 360 controler now and my wheel is off at a buddies house. So i have to do with my old photo archive. :(

I like those reflections and paint Invo. You sure know how to saturate/brightness and contrast a good picture together. :)

    Is your sig from SHIFT?

Thank you :) That picture is from a long time ago as well. I've been dipping into my archives (seriously, its an archive :p) since PoTW 49 I think. If I remember correctly there was a lot of contrast added to that one lol

and yes, my sig is from SHIFT. Thats the only driving game I play now lol its addicting.

BTW ppl, check out my thread. Custom painted Zonda R, spend a long ass time putting the vinyls on, It deserves a look at, I swear! (shameless advertising ends)

  2. Cuban, I remember those from your picture thread :p

But I think Ozz's pic is the first I have ever seen that made me laugh (seriously I lol'd) so I think that hes got my vote unless someone posts something absolutely unbelieveable. :)

  3. Handling in NFS Shift is still a little off compared to real life, but I'm sure we can all agree that there is no such thing as a 100% realistic game when it comes to driving. Some are very very very close, but its next to impossible IMHO.

Anyways back on track, the handling on NFS:S is the closest thing I've seen yet when it comes to driving games. (havent played any of those fancy GTR legends games etc etc. I've only played Gran Turismo for the PS2, and TDU) The cars will b-slap you if you screw up, and getting the entry and exit velocities is an important thing.

ALSO. I'm gonna admit that I have very limited driving experience, and I honestly havent taken any corners at over 100 km/h. However, I have been in a car thats taken corners at speeds up to 180 km/h and I'm gonna have to agree with the HC crowd on this one. Its all about the balance. I've kept up to normal mode cars in Tantalus for gods sake! You can drive just as fast as a normal mode person if your paying attention to the road.

Just so I can back up the car comment, heres my car that I've been working on with my dad.

  4. True! didnt see the front tires leaving marks too. Anyways, I played the demo, and I think the handling is much more involved than TDU.. like, by a long shot! I think this will be my next driving game. (Probably gonna need a new computer though but thats how it goes)
