hey tom what do i do after i download the latest patch because i did that but i dont know where to put it or what

i bought the game and now when i try to play it tells me that i need the update to play online but when i say yes i want to download it now it just takes me to the website and it doesnt tell me what i need to download can some1 help me out please

this would be cool if it was a svt cobra but its still cool ive always wanted a 99 body style in a good game
