  1. What about a On/Off-button option to see or not to see customizes?

When off you'll only see a stock car.

I think that would've been the best in my opinion, since there are many who wants to customize their cars and many who don't.

The option to upload custom painted cars/skins is also something that should be considered for artists/designers (how many has Photoshop? Exactly). This is the only reason why I want Xbox 360 and Forca 3.

...and again, those who don't want to see the my custom paintwork in-game have allready turned the option off.

  2. 9 months! Dang.

^^ word 9 months is one hell of a vacation

Since I'm not going to work there, then vacation must be the right word.

I leave in 10 days (early as hell, 04:40) and come back home to a fine polished and released TDU2 (hopefully) in May, unless I get stabbed and mugged by a ladyboy-gang :eek2:

  3. The last link is the right card yes.

It will most likely run TDU2 fine but could be I overestimated the card's performance a bit.

Anyways, if I where him I would've now start saving some more money for an upgrade, since the game is delayed until Q1 next year. Then he should get a PSU and a HD5830 or GTX 460 if he has a few more euro to spend.

  4. Ohwkeee.. well thx for you reply's

But, I am not really looking for a graphic card that can run TDU2 on the best settings.

As I explained ,I earn €100 per month so I am not really looking for a card that can run TDU2 on max settings because it's a bit over my budget.

Here i'll post a link How I play a game now:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLstWOzIHeg

And this is what i am looking for:

But thank you guys anyway for your reply's

    Best wishes:thumbsup:

If you have €100 per month then you have more then enough for a used ATi card with Dx11 and 1GB. The cheapest HD5450 (1GB) i found on ebay cost $60. I'm very sure you can find it even cheaper somewhere else.

I strongly believe you can own both a good 1GB card + a new power supply and still have 20-30 euro left, out of a €100 ;)

  5. @tWm. - Europe has plenty... It's just not written by the slow-working-guys at TDU2.com.

Norway for instance, has at leased 3 online stores that can confirm that they are giving away exclusive content when pre-ordering TDU2. Since Atari hasn't updated their TDU2 website then the phone call confirmations I have Isn't good enough proof for this forum.

Gamezone.no - Audi Q7 Coastline (No exclusive content left for PC-version)

Spaceworld.no - Aston Martin DBS Carbon Black Edition

    CDON.no - Veyron Centenaire

  6. My guess is: Ofcourse.

TDU ain't TDU without support for wheels and gamepads. So... Eden has done alot of things right, both with TDU1 (at that time) and with this sequel so far. I can't see why they should screw that up.

What i'm more concerned about is how the clutch-, speed- and brakepedals will act.

I hope they fix the gap between no braking and to were it starts to brake. I don't want there to be any tiremarks on the road everytime I'm braking. Making the 0-100% braking more smoothly would've been good.

On some of the cars, speed-/clutchpedal were too sensetive at startpoint, leaving tiremarks. Making things more smoothly here also would be nice.

  7. I didn't understand much of what you said, but, could you be talking about the "Catch-up" function, like in the GT series.

If u're talking about TDU1 then you've posted in wrong section. If u're talking about TDU2 then no, I don't want anything that makes the game less realistic. If people like competing then it all comes to your perfection. If you don't find anyone who can match you then join TDU forums (like the one u're in now) and see if you find anyone there. You could maybe set up an tournament.

  8. A good thread. Let's hope they can fix at leased a few these.

My biggest concern is the vehicle physics. Since I haven't played the game then I can't really be sure how realistic it will feel, but from looking at the trailers I think it looks way to arcadish for my taste.

1.) When vehicles turns, it just looks a bit off... May be that they played with handcontrollers that makes the turns look like they played with handcontrollers. Let's hope my G25 will change that.

2.) The combination between offroad roads and vehicle physics I hope will feel better than shown in trailers. Can't really explain what's wrong, it just felt wrong.

If it is better then whats been shown in previous trailers or that it gets improved would make me and probably most here more happy.

Fixing glitches and details wouldn't hurt ofcourse. Other than that the game rocks in my mind. The environment and the vehicle graphics and details looks stunning.

  9. You will find it by clicking the link called "Tilbehør", then you can see the bonuscode-product (which costs kr.0.-, and you have to add it manually to the shopping cart). In that product description it says (translated): Pre-order Test Drive Unlimited 2 here, and get exclusive in-game Audi Q7 Coastline.

Here's the link for the bonuscode-product.

Here is a productlist with all TDU2 products (incl. bonuscode-product).

The date at GameZone is probably wrong. Dunno why they confirm they will sell it from the 20th though. Must have been a mistake from their side. If you are wondering, they are a serious company and has been selling games since 1991 (online since 2002), they also had a large Arcade building from 1980's to 2008 or something but were closed due to new national gambling laws.

  10. Namco Bandai bought 33%

    You mean 34%? :D

Yeah... I know Atari US had some serious financial issues the last years, but so did Infogrames. In 2006 they sold intellectual properties and some studios in order to raise cash and stave off the threat of bankruptcy.

I knew Infogrames was the owner of Atari from the early days but I didn't know that IESA had changed their name and officially merged with Atari (May 2009). They were one company but also two functional head companies before may 09.

...but as you say, it's very complicated. Atari/Infogrames has stakes everywhere and everyone has stakes in Atari/Infogrames or it's subsidiaries. Pluss it's a mess keeping track of all their sales/buys.
