I am quite often rammed by "n00b" hardcore players who try to do 500kph in their tuned rides and consider me too slow while driving 250kph or so in right lane while noticing them and giving them room, quite often.. And that H mode has nothing to do with reality anyway, specially those drifts that are possible in that mode.. Just go and try to do those drifts in GTR, rFactor or LFS, all you H mode players who think that's real feel. I was probably expecting too much, specially since this, unlike rFactor and LFS is a game that attracts young players who yet don't have the feeling of respect to others.. I'm used to driving rFactor and LFS online where it is crucial to drive defensively, avoid accidents, and drive allround cleanly. Same for driving slowly in real life in traffic, just cant understand whats so fun about crashing others in TDU.. H mode or not..

So, we almost met.. TDU online experience really sucks... I see that I'm connected to you in freeride players menu, but I don't see your car.. or I see it for like 2 sec.. really messed up Whoever want's to cruise, its akabreak ingame, same as here, whatever car, wherever.. I only want that we dont crash each other or traffic, no max speed, for me cruising in corvette c6 is 200-260kph, ofc slowing down for traffic and stuff.. But the main thing is that we drive together, without trying to run away from each other.. Really for now, AI drivers in single player mode are even better then 90% of online people..

Well, If some of you wanna drive around at speeds, lets say below 250kph, maybe in some formation, that is, not trying to drive away from slower drivers.. But it was awfully short cruise.. He asked me if I wanna cruise, I agreed, then 1 of us probably disconnected for some reason because he just disaapeared... Then I found group of 4-5 players racing around, but that was really nerve wrecking, since 2 of them were actually cruising and others were wrecking us, traffic, and each other... .. better luck next time I hope..

lol, but I don't have HC option yet, will try it when it comes.. But I usually play rFactor online, and TDU for the fun and worry-free driving, thing that its probably made for, but I will sure try if it will improve possibility of meeting some cruisers

I don't think I already have enough skill with TDU commands and "tools" ingame to organize such a thing, but I will in a week or two if some1 else doesn't. Till then, you can mostly find me roaming on west coast, "2 lanes same way" part of the road, and sometimes all the way up to the lighthouse, or that streight in the "desert". ;)

I saw in that manual something about group of players being able to lock.. but maybe thats why there should be a club or something.. If some of you who do this kind of driving ever make a club I'd be happy to join, I saw it's like 350k or so.. rly aint got it atm lol

Gr8, I'm same name everywhere. During the week I can be online like 11:00 - 14:00 sometimes, but mostly evenings, 21:00 - 00:00 GMT+1 (CET) Weekends could be all day... Hope to see more people who like that idea of cruising too.

I've been playing TDU online for 3-4 days, and in all that time I encountered: - 1 guy who drives slower then traffic - 5-6 guys who just wants to hit me - 10-15 guys who drive around in speeds above 300kph.. on the streights - 0 guys who cruise around at speeds faster then traffic, not too fast, not above 250kph, without crashes - 80% of people shown on the map aren't there.. (other platform? then why even shown?) Now, my question is, is there anybody here who just cruises around as I described? Maybe some club that does it? That would be great. I don't care what car, just that its on nice roads, preferably 2 lanes in same direction (west coast, part of it) and such nice roads. Speeds not exceeding 250kph and thats in overtaking. Some guys/clubs who actually slow down when they cant overtake rather then going off the "legal part of the road" just to overtake without loosing their 400+ kph speed... I also don't want to drive so slow that I'm being overtaken by the traffic.. that can be fun as well, but just isn't what I'm looking for..

I think the problem is solved. That key looks to be legit, but my problem was that I couldn't enter the game to enter the key without cracking it first, which then rulend it all. So I found that mini image which is loaded by deamon tools, so I can enter, write the original cd-key and it connected to the servers. I am able to see multiplayer races, and when in map it says in up left corner that servers are available, just that I still didn't see anybody roaming around? People don't play anymore, or just not this late for europe people? Also while I was driving around for like half an hour 2 times it disconnected from the servers, probably reconnected automatically? But even if there will be little-non players I'm still glad that those AI racers are gone. :D They always mess up a nice cruise by crashing into me... edit: entered the game again, this time I saw players, made few nice cruises :D

I could actually setup Paypal acc, but it still isnt fully supported here. Money can only travel 1 way, away from me :D , If for some reason some order fails I would not be able to get refund because deposits on Croatian paypal accounts are not possible, thats why I rather made moneybookers account because that one is fully supported.. I'll find it somewhere already.. gotta ring those shops nearby to bug them a lil more when will they get it again..

but thats the thing with moneybookers, you make the payment in secure moneybookers page, not store page.. They can only request money from me because they know the email, then I can refuse and report, but to steal money they need my password.. and they know that as much as one of you here know it.. btw. amazon only has used copys of the game, still in search of downloadable one that supports moneybookers..

I'll checkout amazon, btw site doesnt have my details since I used moneybookers as paying method. (I dont want to use credit card for reasons you mentioned, and paypal isn't an option)

I tried it anyway since it's only $7, and it still said like it isnt legit, that I need to download new patch and took me to that irritating none.com or something.. Do any of you know where I can buy download+cdkey with moneybookers?

I would, its only $20, but I cant download the game from atari, I get this message: "We're Sorry. One of the products you selected has been excluded from purchase in your country." I got couple of bigger shops with pc games in the town, 1 never had TDU, other 1 sold out and it doesn't say anything about when they will get more.. (+ it costed 3x more then on atari site..) So I have to try something like that. Rly want to play this game legit.

Hi, I'm 21 year old from Croatia. Registered in this forum some time ago when I was looking for car mods. Usually in TDU I just cruise around at speeds of 150-240kph in 350Z or e36 M3 mod car. I play TDU since it came out, but unfortunately still didn't buy it, looking to do so now. I made a topic with a question yesterday but that topic never showed anywhere.. might as well ask here now. If I buy the original CD-key for TDU, and install the game from torrents using bought original CD-key, will I be able to play online if I DONT buy the megapack? Thx, cya ingame soon.

Hey guys, you probably see that I'm new here, got a few questions. I played TDU pretty much since it came out, on that non-legit way. Now I setup moneybookers account and I want to buy the CD-key so I can play it online. Cheapest I found is this: http://www.cdkey-game.com/test-drive-unlimited-cd-key-p-339.html $7 and they send it to my email. Did any of you bought it maybe from there, it looks legit..? I tried to buy it from official site but my country isn't supported, and on most other sites they want paypal, but again, on paypal my country is "half" supported, so it's not the option for me. And 1 more thing, If I buy the game one way or another, can I play online if I dont buy the megapack? Because, well, this is actually the first game I want to buy and I dont want to spend more on that megapack because I like the cars that came with the game itself. If I can play it online without, will I see guys who drive megapack cars in some other cars or what? Hope you wont delete this thread just because I played cracked version and want to buy CD key only.. ;) (according to that site they actually buy the game in china or somewhere rly cheap and send the key only)
