    If you liked GTA:SA you should try Just Cause 2. This GTA-like got released a few days ago, and I must say, it's one of the funnest game I've played in a looong time.

     

    The map is enormous (1000 sqkm-385 sq miles; GTA:SA was only 32 sqkm-12 sq miles), there's tons and tons of things to explore. There's a lot of easter eggs too, but real ones, not like the yeti BS in San Andreas lol.

     

    Definitely a game worth trying out.

    I'll put them in order from least interesting to most interesting.

     

    • Mercedes S-Class (all variations, including S63 and S65) - 30-45 (I'm not kidding)
    • Dealer full of Corvettes (C6).
    • Maybach 62S - 2x
    • Chevy Camaro (2010, SS) - 8x
    • Bentley Arnage - 1x
    • Porsche dealer
      -2010 GT3 1x
      -Panamera 4x
    • Lotus Evora - 1x
    • Nissan GT-R - 1x
    • Bentley Mulsanne (2011) - 1x
    • Ferrari California - 1x

     

    Was pretty fun. :D

    Mercedes S-Class' are pretty common in NYC. When I used to live there I could see like 5 to 10 everyday. Audi A8s too.

     

    BTW, was the Porsche dealer you went to the one next to a Lamborghini/Bentley/Skyper dealer? 'Cause there's a CGT in this one.

    I can't believe people who "don't understand the point" of this car..How can they call themselves car lovers or petrol heads..? Because it means they don't understand the definition of "supercar".

    And for those who say "they didn't change anything", go take a look at the evolution of the Zonda or the Veyron........

     

     

    I think it looks fantastic and I love the fact that they didn't change the style too much.

    Off-Road Driving?

    If there is an off-road feature in TDU2, some SUVs I'd really like to see are the Delta tuned Jeep Grand Cherokee, Wrangler Unlimited, Bowler Nemisis, and Bowler Wildcat.

     

     

    Off-road will be in TDU2. Jeep could be in it, it's GM right? Atari/Eden have the license..

    How do you know that ;)

    A car going 200 plus could go a long way from the road given the right terrain and providing it missed bit obstacles. Some may even fly off the edge of cliffs to get to places they otherwise couldn't access.

    Just because you find them offroad does not have to mean they were driven offroad to get there.

     

     

    If you know the story of an exotic car that crashed at 200+mph then flew through a forest for a few miles, tell me.. :rolleyes:

    The wrecks will probably not be hidden near a road....They will probably be hidden deep inside the landscape to incite people to drive off-road.

     

     

    Here's a quick and dirty translation. I'll leave out the opinions and speculations, and try to summarize the facts.

     

    Offroad, it will be possible to discover car wrecks. Discovering car wrecks will unlock exclusive vehicles at the car dealers.

    Well.... I would like another type of surprises...

    Is like, look! i found a wrecked enzo! ...

     

    Maybe for example would be awesome, if you find a car keys and is of a certain car, and then you unlock it

     

     

    It won't be like that...The wrecks are hidden off road so it won't be exotic car wrecks...

    Good luck if you want to take your Enzo off road lol. It would get stuck everywhere.

     

     

    I haven't been following the landsurface stuff for a while, does anybody think the 380 km² might miss a 0? If you do 3800/2.5 you get at 1520. Would that be a possibility?

     

    The note at the 300SL picture also says that to buy cars you'll have to find the dealerships first. ''Quite a job, as the island is large''.

    It's not a simulator though and TEST DRIVE has never been a simulator either, it's good to have some realistic aspects but if it gets too much like reality then it detracts from the game itself. :)

    So that means visual damage only, we knew that, and what do you mean "no car repairs"? Once you damage your car you can't fix it, or what?

     

    The car will probably be repaired every time you reset or go back to your house.

     

    did anyone else notice the track-like looking thing on the map?? not sure if its a track a valley or a town but judging by the size of what looks to be the roads compared to the rest of the roads it looks like a track

    What is this Burnout Paradise? That's dissapointing...

     

     

    I don't know about Burnout Paradise, but I think it could actuality be fun to have to find hidden things in the map.

    You can clearly see that the map is denser than TDU.

     

    Yeah! It's gonna be fun. I've been in Majorca (the island next to Ibiza) and the roads there were amazing! I hope it's the same in Ibiza.

     

    well,i think they were refereing to the enviroment,so i don't this thats the case,but their could be alot more content anyways.

     

     

    Yeah, you're right. I don't know what they meant then, if the island is smaller..
