Thanks so much but I have this guide but it doesn't tell me how to do things like how to make friends, chat, etc. Do you run TDU on the PC? I feel so lost so thanks for answering.

I am new to the TDU. Can someone direct me to a guide or manual so that i can learn how to (1) chat with others via keyboard and voice, (2)make friends, and (3) learn all that the game can do.
