Rather than use the exe to install the mod just click and drag the file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk

what file? the install application?

Magic Map now comes with an installer and can be easily set onto your TDU - even if it's a game copy :).

It didnt work to install correct because its a copy of the game. My real game was damaged so i will buy a new game soon. Untill that i have to play with old cars and no magic map

And btw i had the real test drive unlimtied ( not a copy) a real cd but somehow it just stopped working:( so i downloaded it and i worked fine until now

This whats up, i have install the tdu tool kit, after that i fix a new registry key with tdu tool kit.

After that i started the game, and it worked.

Later i installed the patch 1.68 and the install worked fine:)

But when i am trying to start the game it just crash.

"tdu stopped working"

So what to do now? I reallt want to play this game with modded autos:(

Here[/url] it has a registry fixer amongst other things. I used to get crashes all the time in tdu, now i never get crashes.

i have same problem too , but with DB_IT. and my game is copy of the real game . i have 1.66 . Can someone send DB_(language) files to me ?

i havent install the patch, it doesent work and i think its because it cant find the registry key.

But all the modded cars worked until some days ago.

Did you unrar the folder on your desktop first? TDU as administrator? read the READ_ME file?

 

I can't see other problems for the patch... :(

 

For cars, it may depend to the autoinstaller setting made by author of the mod. Please contact the modders by their thread.

But the fun part is that 2 days ago i replace the org cars with new modded cars and it workedperfect, then it just didnt work.

The game stops working when i are going to buy the modded car...

Which patch are we talking about? Atari's 1.66, or the Djey's third-party 1.67d?

When i try to install the patch i get an error.

When i check the log i found this:

Exception spotted: Unable to create edit task on BNK file: D:\Test drive\TDU\Data_DFE\Euro\Bnk\Database\DB_FR.BNK

So what is that and how do i solve the problem?

Cant install

I run the patch as admin and i choose to install it on DATA; D where i have tdu installed but it wont work, i get an error msg so what is the problem? PLease i want this to work.

The other problem is, that when i replace a car with a new mod the game crash, when i want to buy it in the car shop or if i already own it, the gam crash when i click on garage..

nothing happens when i adjust the ride height in TDUPE 2.5 :( What is the problem?

well, the wheels on it didnt work for me, they are 2 big for it and it. The wheels and rims has "kinda" melted in the cars exterior-.-
