...from an 'older' enthusiast of TDU who is eagerly anticipating TDU2. It is refreshing to find that others are still enjoying TDU as I do. I especially enjoy the PoTW images on this site, and all of the runners-up images as well.
I may have missed them, but I haven't seen any images wherein the actual gamer's photograph has been super-imposed as the driver. So I have attached a couple of examples. The Photoshoppers among you really ought to give this form of personalization a go.
I personally have weaned myself off of Photoshop in favor of The Gimp, which enables me to do all that I want to do with my images. If you haven't tried image editing for lack of Photoshop, try The Gimp.
I don't play all that much, but when I do, I prefer games that will work with my triple-monitor rig, such as TDU, Gothic 3, FSX, Avatar and NFS Shift. Of them all, TDU is the most gratifying for a short session. Most of my free time is spent working with Ubuntu Linux, learning to be a non-subscriber of Microsoft. :p
And although I have enhanced my game play by employing tricks and tips made available by other players, I don't recall any share-worthy discoveries of my own. I will give it some thought, though, and post any thing that I think may be useful.
Happy trails...
