    1. Japan Auto Parts?

      After looking for AGES, I recently found the Japan Auto Parts tuner shop when I drove by it.

      But when I tried to enter it, there was no icon, and no options whatsoever to get in.

      Do I have to do something special to unlock it? Some kind of achievement? :confused:
