when i try and open the Bat file a command box appears for about half a second then closes :/

There are loads of mod cars that I would really like in the game to drive, but I cannot find many in the forums.

So I was wondering, HOW do you create your own mods and then use them to drive in the game? e.g. what software, how do i actually make the cars, how do I use the files?

I have never modded TDU2 before, but have seen some mods that I would love to put on the game.

Can someone please give me an in detail step-by-step guide on how to mod, and how not to mess up my game?

Also, if possible, can someone teach me HOW to create mods and play them?

There are many cars which I would like to play but are not on the modding forums.

I know these are big asks, but if anyone could help me out that would be much appreciated :D
