We know that if a game goes over-time (big delays) it also goes significantly over-budget (dev wages, etc). Car licenses are generally a significant investment, so reducing some of those at least for the short term (i.e. renegotiate for DLC) helps keep things in the black.

I'd say with the amount of delays that The Crew has had ("Early 2014" -> "Q3 2014" -> "Fall 2014" -> November 11 -> December 2), this is the case.

Got bored of waiting for the launch trailer to come out, so using the new song that got remixed for The Crew (Andy C's "Heartbeat Loud"), I decided to make my own trailer, by cutting snippets from the existing gameplay trailers. Have a watch, let me know what you think :D

I dont get Ads because of using Ad Blocker on my end. I'm aware that youtube does stream ads befor videos thougth this days
