Yeah, it's an amazing car. I got to #533 (atm) on the leaderboards for Nurburgring S class, in a standard GT-R. 7:48.455

Nowhere near it's RL time, but many don't think it's possible, as Forza seems to tone down some of the cars in order to make them more competitive with each other. :l

Same is true with the ZR1 and Viper ACR, impossible to get anywhere near their RL Nurburgring times. Unfortunately. Forza kind of fails in that respect.

Moving on, some pictures of a car "Hybrid IV" hired me to build for him to use in an upcoming drift competition. A drift Alfa Romeo. :)

Apparently they can tell where your money comes from, they seem to be able to access every stat you see in "My Profile" I assume?

It only affects regular players that want the unicorn cars. Which shouldn't even be in the game, they shouldn't be allowed to list cars as in the final product, when quite clearly, THEY ARE NOT!! They are available on the auction house, yes, but I am not prepared to pay 80,000,000CR for a Subaru Impreza FGS! For that money you could buy near enough every production car in the game!

There are many things that put me off playing FM3, the ridiculously long season play, the stupidly expensive upgrade parts, (18,000CR for a turbocharger? I think not T10, I think not!), the totally fecked muliplayer, (honestly, I don't mind matchmaking, but why did they feel the need to take away custom lobbies? Maybe I want to set up a drift room to my liking, and have randoms join in? You know, like pretty much every other non-ranked multiplayer system in gaming history.), and the annoying cockpits on most race cars, annoying in the sence that they do not work. Why do they not work? Surely atleast ONE beta tester must have driven atleast ONE of the affected cars!! It's not like it's only a select few of them, they aren't hard to find!

The money glitch fiasco is just the icing on the cake.

Aside from all that though, I enjoy a spot of drifting now and then, maybe even a season play race, but it's not exactly grabbed me by the balls and not letting me go. Which GTA BoGT, has. A game that is very old now, with a few little gimmicks thrown in, manages to keep my attention more than a brand spanking new game. Although, to be fair, Forza 3 is just Forza 2 with a few gimmicks thrown in. :p

I think they just owned Polyphony Digital.

They didn't want FM3 to have the GT-R. So T10 just made the SpecV. :D

I'm thinking that's how they got around the licensing issues with the standard GTR.

As for the racing version being in the games, I'll just tell you very briefly that racing cars have a different method of licensing opposed to production cars. ;)

I saw that pic too, it's very convincing, but I am not getting my hopes up just incase. :)

Just double checked AssCreed2, normal case. Although it is a case I haven't seen before, which is quite an achievement considering my previous work. It's called a "Flexbox", it holds the disc really nicely, but it's so simple to get out, great design IMO. Much better than my Forza 3 LCE case.. The actual DVD case is really low quality, it takes a crowbar to open, and when you do get the thing open, both discs fly off the centre hold thing! Insane. :p

polyphony did the internal computer IIRC, so it'll probably have no digital display, or if they want to kick microsoft in the teeth, make the license require the display to be showing a GT5 advert...

No big deal, most of the racing cars don't have it. :p The R34's computer display doesn't work either. So either way you look at it, no big deal. :p

It's a very nice car. Just a shame the interior looks a bit "busy", if you get what I mean. :)

Can't get it to work and I left Chrome idling on my FM3 pictures thread for over an hour.

PC is a pretty good machine, so no idea why to be honest.

Not so impressed with that Lambo either. It's a nice car, just not my cup of tea.

The Nissan GTR (R35 if you will) probably won't ever be in, I wish it was, but I highly doubt it. Polyphony may have a hand in it, or some other licensing issue. NFS Shift managed to get it though, so there is slim hope. Doubtful though. Expect the worst, hope for the best. ;)

I already have my M$ Points ready, roll on the 8th! hopefully the other 8 cars are awesome. The Audi is a bit boring. The 458 looks awesome though, and if it sounds anywhere near like in real life, I will be wetting myself. :D

I wish they added more unique cars, like a Model T. I know it would be out of place, but I think it would be bad ass if you could stick a Focus RS lump into it. Or a Mustang V8, or the Ford GT's engine. :D Ignoring silly things like that though, they have so much history of the car in there (on the loading pages most obvious to the player) that it sorta feels wrong that they don't offer you any of the cars. I have driven a 1913 Model T Ford IRL, and it's a lot different to drive than a regular car. GT4 had these kind of cars.

Newer cars lack that character IMO. :l
