Everyone seems to have gone now, looks like I'm on me own.

I dont mind the delays but all they have to do is just keep us infromed of when the download will be out, i dont think i will say enough is enough as i have waited for an awsome game like this for so many years and to say no to it wouldn't be right.
All i would ask is to just keep us informed and i'll be happy
My sentiments entirely, well said.

To be honest I think the MS Wheel comes in second. I have had one and a Mad Catz and a Logitech one and i definitely think the Logitech wins in the end.
I agree there are some things that could be added to any of the wheels, the missing left stick is a problem as you say.
I think the Logitech has the best construction, the MS wheel loosens up a bit after a time due to the plastic bearings it uses whereas the Logitech has steel bearings and rack & pinion (ish) steering, it is very positive and the FF works well in TDU and PGR. It also has a sensitivity adjustment on it which is helpful in TDU.
I did have to buy my one on the web from Germany but that was a while ago now I am sure they are available here now. Definitely worth the investment.
Only my opinion though, I would love to hear what other people think.

sounds more technical than anything
Yeah I guess it is, I support the engineers that go out to our customers, supposedly if they don't know how to fix a problem I do. Works most of the time.

I ran over the TDU server and I got arrested.

Communications Support Engineer. Sounds slightly impressive but isn't in the least. It does mean i get to work from the spare room indoors so travelling to work is a doddle. Also it means that my company pay for my Broadband.
Need a router? I have em by the bucketload, lol.

My PS2 is a doorstop now.

No idea omightyone1 but I do have one in the cupboard under the stairs (a wheel & pedals that is). If no-one has the answer I'll dig it out and try it for you.

How important is this NAT issue, I am obviously NAT'd through my router but I have never forwarded any ports to my XBox, I don't ever have connection problems either.
I get good speed as I have 8Mb BT Business Broadband.
Am I missing the point here somewhere or would UPnP be setting up the ports for me?
Any help/advice would be appreciated. :)

I'm thinking of hosting another one next friday night. Maybe every week the FNC (friday night cruise) with a different theme each week, i'll put more details on soon.
Excellent idea.

Was on a little while ago but not now, I love to drive my Enzo.

was good, got my new TV now too WOOO
so hopefully no more dodgy SCART connections
only thing i gotta worry about is gettin all the cables in the right places(no SCART socket required for the HD bit), although i seemed to have ended up with a yellow plug that dont go nowhere????
is that normal???
That would be right Nipper, that is for a composite output to a TV that does not support HD, you dont need it just tuck it out of the way somewhere, or leave it hanging out of the bottom like it is on my one, lol.
Have HD fun mate.
