The guy doesn't like the game at all, one can see that. The sense of speed is definitely an issue and the handling doesn't seem to suit all people. I hope they kept the Shake Camera and Blur Effect for the sense of speed and maybe some traction control, stability, brakes etc... options to adjust the handling. Hopefully it isn't going to be so bad as it seemed in the Beta!:thumbsup: I guess they could add some NFS Shift style aggressivity to the driving, it wouldn't hurt!:) I don't wanna get asleep while driving on TDU2.:D

Hi Rick, thanks for your comment, i assure you that all the comments from the beta were read and taken into careful consideration by eden, they have since improved many features in the final game. They have had many comments about the handling and it is not to some peoples taste, what you have to remember though is the beta is/was not a full game cut-off, rather a seperate thing (Beta was game version 0.26, i belive we are at Version 3.2 now) And the handling issues from early beta have been improved vastly, there is also a number of choices in-game for what control you use and it is optimised individually for each. As well as this if you do not like the handling, there is currently a small group of testers developing a 'hardcore' mode, which will be as close to simulation racing as it is possible, including all the tweaking!

try to send ur modded dds or 2DB or bnk to one of your mate for testing.

I tell you this because i get the exactly same problem with the GSXR helmet texture and the only way to make it work was to send it to a friend and then he sends me back the file and it worked. The modified dds never worked on my computer but on him yes...strange thing

4- Install 1.67d or 1.68b

It's easy to know : if the bnk of the mod are of the same size that the original file, it will be ok.

If they are different, you absolutely need Djey's magicmap, it allows the original files to be modified with files of a different size, its a must !!!

As I Said Preivously (it seems you are not reading correctly what I wrote), this is a Beta!!! and for the veyron, its a question of pragmatism.

3D Models mistakes can be fixed in a few hours so stop complaining about errors in a game that is not out already.

I'm ''bashing'' because the vid is horrible in replay on sounds and vehicle/character motion plus the wheelblur seems to be the old effect, not the ones we've seen in newer trailers. And for the veyron they might as well have made it the softtop version with leaving out the speedlimit, or an option to only remove the panels in garages.

My TDU2 beta in 1980x1050 with all max seetings on a 32"LCD,its just beautiful, attention to details is here, you cant judge a 3D model or the global quality of a beta with a 1280x720 resolution screen and with a compressed crappy video quality.

Guys, its 1280x720 and we dont even know if there is AAx8 or max seeting in environement or car of POSTER'S Video. Seriously, stop saying TDU2 is crap before you see the final game.

All Graphical choices are made with a reason, the charactermotion is quick because it needed to be and for the Veyron, they make the choice to use pragmatist instead of sticking to the reality, stop blaming them for that, they will not make a character animation that take the roof of the veyron in the garage and fixed it on the car just for you.
