      1. Maybe Partial Solution To Lack of 3D Models

        If you want good models of cars look on site dedicated to 3d models, you will find 3d objects in MAX or OBJ format that will easily convert to Zmoddeler format ( and be a lot better qualiry than any Game model you can find..) places like GFXworld house hundreds of models of cars in way better quality than anything like forza or GT5 could ever offer.

         

        Just to comment on this. Whenever I've got a model like this, you have to export it from .max to 3DS for it to be imported into ZModeler. The majority of the 3DS models I've imported into ZModeler come out in lots of tiny boxes and just stuff all over the place that doesn't remotely look like a car.

         

        I may be doing something wrong though (most likely) :p

          That link will be really useful to me! As I'm interested in doing some personal mods for TDU and if I can export as something that'll go into Zmodeler that would be awesome!

            The problem with that is, if we have a customized installer. modders won't know if we've used their mods at all, some of us won't want to use the models (as some of us already have them and others don't want to use them.) So modders will know how many people have downloaded the superpatch but they won't know how many people have used their models.

             

            If I'm making sense at all? :P

              I know I bashed it when the demo came out, I thought I would try out the game. Now I have it I take back everything I said about it being crap cos its actually a good game :).

              • New Year Resolution (2009)

                Tbh, 2009 was a crap year. My racing was bad, I flunked all my AS levels (I really do not recommend you do that, because the feeling you get is absolutely horrible.)

                 

                In the later part of this year, I started to fancy girl who I knew I had no chance with and that's just been playing on my mind and its starting to annoy me.

                 

                2010

                 

                I suppose I don't really have any New Years Resolutions, I just have a mental to-do list.

                 

                - Since I failed my AS's completely this year, I had to retake a year. This time round I'm going for A's in my A levels and I'm prepared to do as much work as I can.

                 

                - I really want my racing to be better next year, the last 2 years have been crap. Karma really bit me and I'm not prepared to let karma get in the way again.

                 

                - Its a long shot, but a girlfriend would be good. And even better if I can keep a relationship going for more then 2 weeks, if I manage that I couldn't give a damn if she dumped me after 2 weeks. I would just be happy that I lasted 2 weeks.

                 

                - I also probably should stop being so annoying too.
