When your in game, pause the game "P" for default. Then in top left it should say TDU Server are Available and if it does then you are online. To drive around with other people, go to your map, select players, then in the map you should see lots of red cars, select anyone and you will warp to them. But you must discover the road that they are driving on for you to warp to them.
