sis! :D
You don't know the half of it ;)
-
Exactly! The greatest performance car of all time is what YOU think is the greatest - thats the point :D
The title of the thread is misleading. If you had posted, "What do you think the greatest Performance Car in the World is?" Or, since that is a bit long, you could say something along the lines of, "Greatest Performance Car, What Do You Think?" Any thing would have been better if you don't mind me saying.

It's an alright car I believe. Solid, quickish, great mpg, and the GM 2.2 lasts forever. Great buy :)
-
This is one of those cars that I think I, as a car lover, should be really excited over. But, I just can't seem to like it. It's just not that exciting to me and I can't figure out why. I will also have to agree with Diablo's comment of the car looking cheap.
-
It's fantastic. I love the color on these things too.

However, Gordan Murry is developing a successor to the F1. It will not be as fast but will "change the idea of automotive engineering."

Very decent car, would sell like wildfire over here in the States but stupid Ford won't do it. Oh well...

*cheers*
Happy Birthday TDU!

Sam here, I had ones that appreared to be blank

M5. Because JC says so. :)
I'm not sure how the CTS-V is faster though?
The BMW can do over 210mph (just) once its been desristricted, whereas the US 'pretender' only gets to 191?! ;)
Unless the track you are racing on is composed of many mile-or-2 long straights, top speed is quite irrelevant.

Spotted that outside the place I work. That PT Cruiser is for sale if anybody is interested lol 10,800 for whoever wants it. It's been in the parking lot for months now lol.
And I actually like the Pontiac Aztek truth be told. It's not my General Motors fanboyism either. I love the sharp lines of the Aztek, very pretty in my opinion. Most people think I am crazy, they're probably right as well.

308 I think, or somewhere around that number.
My collection consists of:
2 of every car (one tuned and one untuned)
1 of every concept car
4 of each of the 2 Exclusuive Cars I have (1 at every tune level for each car)
4 of Every General Motors vehicles (1 at every tune level) excluding the concepts
I also have 2 of every bike (one tuned and one untuned)

GT3 is correct. It's a lovely feature that would have made life so much easier and never worked. It would have been great if it did.
-
Urmmmm the CTS-V has been on the go since '04....
Correct, but I am speaking of the newest one. The CTS-V, in 2004, was most closely competative with an Audi S4 of the same year. The CTS has not been a competitor of the M5 since it's recent update in 2009.
-
Really, to give the M5 some credit, the CTS-V is faster, but, it's only been in production for 1 year now. THe current M5 is a dated design and a dated engine as well so it's performance it expected to be slower than the Cadillac. I'm sure the new M5 will be faster and may even be faster than the CTS. But, the CTS will still cost 20k less and that alone is an achievment.
-
lol @ twm
As for my vote, I'll vote for the fastest thing with 4 doors, one that is also 20k less than the other one listed.
CTS-V!!! :D
-
Well, I suppose I really didn't have to post here but my choice is the Vette.
There is simply not any car out there like a Corvette :D
-
Well, after 2 months, I finally figured out how to get pictures off of my phone and onto my computer. So, ejoy these spots from the last 2 months :)
Mercedes SL63
Acura NSX
Camaro SS RS
ZR1 (that my dad was offered a drive in but he said no :()
Chevrolet Berreta (rice much?)
Bentley Continental GTC
BMW M5
More spots coming soon :)

Since neither is not an option, I opt for the R34. It's pretty. The R35 is ugly, overpriced, overrated, ugly, and rather annoying if you ask me.
-
300 ZX gets my vote
-
Camaro
Have you seen it's front end? It's back end? It's fender flares? It's interior?
Pure sex :D
-
Not...Veyron's just ugly,I really dont like cars that have their nose smashed like that.If anything, the SSC looks alot faster/super-car-like than the Veyron.
I agree both of them arent "AWESOME" looking butcomparing the two - SSC definatley wins.
I'm not talking about speed, or looks, or sounds, or anything mechanical. I am talking about the build quality of the car, I am talking about the weeks it takes it simply build one Veyron. The Veyron's interior is constructed out of the finest Italian leathers. The car has every possible luxury and safety feature someone can fit into a car it's size. The SSC may be faster, but cannot touch the build quality of the Veyron.

First person to guess where I got my username from gets rep.
It's your last name :D
My name is my Xbox Live tag. That names comes from this:
Vette = I have a Corvette
77 = The year of my Corvette
Red = The color my Corvette will be after it's restoration
-
Well, since I don't think neither in an option, I will have to go with the Koenigsegg. Seems as though alot more engineering goes into those things while the SSc seems more "point-and-squirt"
CCXR.But didn't we have the SSC vs. Veyron before?
Because the Veyron is superior to the SSC in just about every single way imaginable.
