Yeah the sounds about right.
They already have the license to Lancia for that Stratos. And the Escalade was probably not very hard to get a hold of. Plus, Rabcat is usually pretty accurate with information such as this.
-
I think it's stunning.
-
This is basically a thread pointing out these aspects, that were made very clear from the footage we've seen:
-Why do the characters seem to be Wax Sculptures rather than human beings? (not really important though)
-I know its a dream, but why is there a party going on a 6pm where a bunch of multiracial characters are standing there dancing like freaks, not talking with each other, not drinking, ...? (not really important)
-Why do we hear a beautifull roaring sound coming from the Ferrari California in the cutscene, and then in the actual gameplay its a low and synthetic sound just like the ones from TDU1?
-Why is it that the character is driving a convertible at 130 mph and there is no wind sound, don't they know that there is something in nature called wind, and that when you drive at high speeds in a convertible the only thing you can actually hear clearly is the wind blowing?
(
) Not a great example though :o-Why are the braking sound (tyres screeching etc...) so bad in EVERY videogame?
-Why does it seems like the engine is having a seizure whenever there is a jump? Yes, the engine sound in the jumps seems like a robot having a seizure!
-Why does it seem like one is always driving at 30 mph? Where is the sense of speed, where is the sense of acceleration, of braking, of changing gears...?
-Does EDEN think that Ibiza only has 50 people as its population? Judging by the ammount of traffic on the roads it seems it may be true? What about a traffic option like (Off, Low, Normal, High)?
-Again, its just exaggerated, man, you are driving through Ibiza's main streets and there is 1 or 2 cars every mile or so??? IN THREE MILES (from the hotel to Solar Crown) YOU SEE EXACTLY 10 CARS, 10 CARS ON THE STREETS????
-Does anyone share the feeling that there should be people on the streets, esplanadas and beaches, even if they were just for show, something like Midnight Club. Really it would add to the athmosphere. In TDU, Ibiza seems like it was attacked by Zombies or something. Ibiza is all about people shopping, partying and going to the beaches during the afternoon.
My Lord, you absolutely must have ran out of things to complain about.
Have you considered what it takes to make a game of this size?
-
Well, that's 10 minutes of my life I will never get back.
Who parties that hard at 5:15 in the afternoon? lol
The whole thing looks like it was just done in a hurry.
-
Judging by the time it's taken you to get a 370z we'll probably be trying it out first.
Post. Of. Win.
-
Surely that dirty will knock the trade-in value down a bit?
:P

tries to force religion down your throat as does everyone that is part of her religion
I am sorry that all the religious people you have encountered have such an attitude. However, that is an incorrect statement.
Religion is not meant to shove down someone's throat. As a Christian, I do my very best to spread the Word of God in a non-threatening way. The harder you push religion, the harder people will be pushed away.
-
I am a Christian. I believe in God and that He loves me.
-
Yes, that is why I made the rules, so they can be ignored. Makes perfect sense.
-
Plastic Surgery? lol no.
I will stick to driving, thanks.

Officially Official: 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK pops its auto-tinting lid [w/video]
by Noah Joseph (RSS feed) on Jan 13th 2011 at 9:25AM
2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK – Click above for high-res image gallery
The thing about innovation is that to follow up, you tend to need another dose of innovation to keep people interested. Case in point: Mercedes-Benz having shoes to fill with its little SLK. The original was one of the first cars on the market with a modern retractable hardtop, taking after its costlier forebearer, the SL. And fourteen years later, with nearly everyone fitting folding tin roofs to their convertibles, the Stuttgart has launched the third-generation model with Magic Sky Control.
The innovative roof, as we've reported in the build-up to its release, adjusts the tinting of the glass panels automatically. It's an option, and buyers can still get a solid metal folding roof or a fixed-tint glass one if the electronic trickery is too much. Naturally, though, that's not all that's new about the new SLK.
The latest compact roadster from Stuttgart sits on a new platform with new styling. Whereas the outgoing model aped the SLR with its Formula One-style nose, the new SLK takes its cues from the SLS AMG with its more upright grille. The new shape is also more aerodynamic, and Mercedes has incorporated a new transparent panel between the rear roll hoops that tilts to optimize airflow and keep turbulence in the cabin to a minimum.
The SLK will launch in the North American market in SLK350 guise, packing a 3.5-liter V6 good for 302 horsepower and a 5.4-second sprint to 60 mph. The 1.8-liter, four-cylinder, 201hp SLK250 will follow, as is expected the naturally-aspirated 5.5-liter V8 SLK55 AMG. The new SLK gets its official launch later this month at the head office in Stuttgart in celebration of the company's 125th anniversary, with its public debut slated for the Geneva Motor Show in March. Follow the jump for a video and full press release, but be sure to check out the high-resolution photos in the gallery below.

To have lots of sex.
How does Sponge feel about that? :P
My meaning of life revolves around God. I was put on this Earth to live my life through God, while trying to encourage others to do the same. I was also put on this Earth to enjoy my life, which I have been successful in doing so far :D.
Reincarnation? Nah, I will go to Heaven when I die :).

lol.
$21,500 for an interior.
Looks great though.
Yeah the price is ridiculous. It is one of those situations where he knows people will pay whatever price he chooses.
-
As much as I love Corvettes, I normally don't really freak out and spam about one until I find it worthy. This is worthy.
For those of you not familiar with Caravaggio, you should really look them up.
A fellow by the name of John started the company a few years ago, bringing the gift of a proper interior to those willing to pay a premium price for one. His most popular customers are owners of Corvettes who come to him disappointed with the quality of their factory interiors. Let's be honest, they have good reason to be disappointed lol.
The man who started it all is selling his personal car in the "C6 Corvettes For Sale" section of the Corvette Forums. This is a C6 Z06 he has converted into a convertible, and blessed with one of his many interior designs.
I don't know what it is about this car, but it is the most beautiful Corvette I have ever seen. The color combinations on the interior could be better in my opinion, but I will leave that to you guys. Regardless of the color, the interior is simply amazing. I have so much respect for what Caravaggio do and hope Chevrolet have taken notice of their work and applied at least some of it towards the interior of the C7 Corvette.
Enjoy.

I think so, although kalniel said
You should have stopped there lol.

This represents a problem.
There are some people who may have played the Beta on PC, but will be playing the actual game on either PS3 or Xbox 360 platforms. Are they going to find a way to reward those testers as well?
-
Sorry, the only DLC I have interest in is car packs... at least until the car list isn't crap anymore.
-
You don't think Alex is sexy as the Lambo? How dare you? :P
-
I think he is encouraging people to buy the game from Gamestop so you get the Casino free as it will, "cost money at launch".
-
There was a 360 Beta? Lol where have I been?
-
Congratulations, you have been given a large sum of money! (Hypothetically of course, but we can dream, can't we?) This money is required to be spent only on cars or modifications, maintenance, and care products for the cars you buy. Here are the guidelines:
- $500,000 limit
- Not all of the money is required to be spent
- No required amount of cars
- Prices of cars must be listed, but can be either exact prices or close estimates
- Cars chosen must be new and cannot be pre owned
What will you fill your garage with? Here's my collection:
2011 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 ($128,440)
2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG ($260,000)
2011 Buick Enclave CXL ($50,590)
2011 Cadillac CTS sedan ($56,695)
Added up, I am at $495,725. This leaves me with $4,275 for car cleaning supplies and such.
So, what are you waiting for? Get to filling! :D
*It should be noted that criticizing other people's decisions is not constructive towards the thread
Update: The maximum amount of $500,000 is equal to 380,543.07 euros. Hope that helps!

The high end car museam I was going to go to no longer exists. It recently closed and made me a sad, sad boy.

If the game wants to make you puke, then don't buy the darn thing.
Seems to be that you only joined this forum to complain. Just shut up already.
Just buy the game and play it, or don't. It really is that simple.
