  1. Well if you only want to replace the original rim with something from another car (for example, replacing the Ferrari 575 rims with the Skyline rims), then you don't need any special programs. Simply go to C:\Program Files\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited\Euro\Bnk\Vehicules\Rim (if C drive is where you installed the game), and replace the rim files. One thing to note is that the new file MUST be smaller than the original file, otherwise it won't work. If you want to make your own rims however, or change the colour of one of the original rims, then you do need special programs. But I don't do that, so you're better off asking Iced_Bullet.
