    I'm sorry I can't, I'm only a Texture Modder which can only change basically lights, or some other texture, somehow I can change the 3D texture of the light, for eg: flat or others, or change to Blue light, or LED rear light etc. You can pic any cars from TDU and try requesting it, and I think I'll usally be doing it.
