How do I open NAT????

The game runs fine on my computer back at home, but on this pc it says the NAT is closed. Then I click start and the game loads then thats it, shows the car by the house and I have to alt-f4 to exit it. I have found my NAT Forwarding then click on Virtual servers in my router settings. Now what do I do??? it asks for Service Type: I hit scan and see second attachment External Port: Internal IP: Internal Port: Protocol: either UDP or TCP1 point
