Q, I have just reinstalled my system P.C. and my saved profile seems to be corrupt I can log into my wifes account/profile and drive but it wont allow me to connect to mine on the net... would this mean that i have to restart the game? any help ya can give thanks.......

If you are on Vista the screen above should help. If however you are on XP then do as below...... If you are using the sound device on you motherboard then it should detect it automaticly, If however you have and additional card ( I have the SB Audigy4 ) again it will select that if you have set it up in you control panel..... heres how. goto Control panel and select sounds and audio devices, that will open a properties window. Select the Audio tab and check that the devices are set for you sound card or default sound for mother board sound. You need to select that in all 3 boxes. This bit will sound strange but goto the voice tab. and make sure that that is set to your sound card or motherboard default. Once you have set them up go back into Fraps and check that it has picked up you sound card or default device..... OK in fraps click the Movies tab... Here you have the choice to record movies at a set frame rate I prefer 50FPS as the eye can see upto 35FPS anything below that it will see as lag..... select best sound input and also check that the record sound is ticked I have tested this 3 times and it works fine for me....... I am using the G25 race wheel all set up with the setup file on here which I also use for my TDU. I am running a quad core q6600 intel 2.40mhz, 4 gig ram, bfg 7900gtx @ 512Mb on XP I have all my settings cranked right up to max and Im getting 60FPS with no slow down at all at the start of any race weather or track....... WooHoo am I happy LOL.....:excited:

I set my wheel up using these settings but I can only set mine to 718 or 725? I have managed to do everything else but I did notice that there was a tick box missing from mine? it is the ones that are at the top..... use special force feedback device settings & use special steering wheel settings? I dont know why they do not show on my wingman setup profile?

OK I have a BFG G-Force 7900GTX 512MB my system is: Windows XP Pro with service pack 3 Mobo: Asus P5Q-PRO chip: Intel Core Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40Ghz Ram: 4Gig Sound: SB Audigy 4 I have installed gtaiv 3 times but get so stressed with the graphics lag I uninstall it as its unplayable. I have added the intro patch and the V2 patch but still the same I have adjusted all the things I can to try and play it but it looks as though I gotta get a Graphics card? so on a budget of £120 whats out there worth it and not ATI has to be n-vidia based PCI-E:ill:

I would love to see an MG SV-R made, I have an MG ZS180 2.5ltr v6, goes like stink and all I have done is put a Piper exhaust on and its not race tuned but just timed right..... So if any modder wants to have a go Mmmmmm I will DL it.:thumbsup:

Hi guys, I have read the post on the forum about TDU2 and the advert in france for an animator? looks good if its true, The UK is only a tiny island that would be a good map? ok I have a couple of questions? what size does the AVATAR have to be? What size does the SIG have to be? I use PS CS3 and im quite good even if I say so myself LOL I have some of my work on my FaceBook I get alot of good comments about how it looks and asked how did I do certain things?:) P.S. sorry forgot to add My System details.... My fav cars are the Ferrari's I have had 2 enzo's in the game I sold the first as I needed the cash to get a car for another challenge you know the storey.... well this enzo is level 3 and I drive like im gonna die anyway LOL I have completed all car deliveries and Im working my way through all the rest, I love this sim, I have been looking at the atari site and other sites and Im wondering if there will be a TDU2. I got my copy and brought the download upgrade with the 45 cars and 1 bike. I am 47 sad I know that I mess with computers LOL I now live in Leeds U.K. moved here in July 08 got married in aug 08. I was born in Croydon U.K. and moved down to the south coast, Chichester west sussex U.K. I am a proffessional driver Buses for 6 years and HGV for god most of my life. Before I moved up here to leeds I worked as Transport Manager for a NHS hospital I worked there for 6 years. I am now a man of leasure no need to work anymore.... retired at 47 nice....
