the same day after i posted this i found out that i can just enable vsync through tdu1 platinum launcher

so im trying to do a tourist mission and the traffic ai's are absoluty awful, they randomly switch lanes extremly fast and freeze in place sometimes, and it makes me panic, i was going rlly fast and was about to beat the mission when a ai car randomly switched lanes and screwed up my run making me hit another one making me loose the entire mission, i have been searching online and cant find a solution
