  1. How to use the logitech g25 wheel with gta4 you can use the g25 with gta4 and it isn't that difficult to set up. This profile was set up for gta3 but it works on gta4 as well....the downside is none of the wheel buttons work and there is no force feedback but the spring in the wheel puts pressure on it so there is weight when you turn left and right. and the pedals work like analog which is much better then pressing a button or keyboard key and having the gas full throttle or full brake. its much more enjoyable to drive. What I do is rest the keyboard on my lap. when outside a car i play the game with the keyboard and mouse, and when i step into a car i use the wheel and pedals driving with in car view. showing the hood. i drive with one hand and use the mouse to shoot and look around. this works really well for me. Here are the instructions to get it to work. 1... Copy and paste the yellow text into a text editor (notepad, wordpad) [Profile] Format=20 Title="Grand Theft Auto III" Author=Godfather Revision=1 Date=2009.04.25 Brand=Rockstar Games Executable=LaunchGTAIV.exe [signature] App Path="HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\D:\gta3cdPC\gta3.exe","Path",0 Shortcut=Play GTAIII.Lnk [Command] 7="Backwards",+K336,-K49616 13="Change Camera",+K47,-K49327 32="drop weapon",+K19,-K49299 12="Enter/Exit",+K33,-K49313 3="Fire",*B1 6="Forward",+K328,-K49608 21="Handbrake",+K57,-K49337 31="headlights",+K35,-K49315 19="Horn",+K34,-K49314 33="hotwire",+K17,-K49297,+K31,-K49311 14="Jump",*B3 8="Left",+K331,-K49611 17="Look Behind",+K46,-K49326 26="Look Left",*B5 27="Look Right",*B6 0="Mouse Left Button",*B601 1="Mouse Middle Button",*B602 2="Mouse Right Button",*B603 28="next radio",+K38,-K49318 4="Next Weapon",+K16,-K49296 5="Previous Weapon",+K44,-K49324 29="prevradio",+K37,-K49317 18="Radio",+K338,-K49618 30="radio off",+K45,-K49325 9="Right",+K333,-K49613 15="Sprint",*B2 20="Sub-Mission",+K78,-K49358 16="Target",+K339,-K49619 22="Turret Left",+K75,-K49355 23="Turret Right",+K76,-K49356 25="Turret/Dodo Down",+K77,-K49357 24="Turret/Dodo Up",+K73,-K49353 10="Zoom In",*B3 11="Zoom Out",*B2 [Axis] 0="New Axis",, [Hat] 0="New POV",W8,,,C28,,C30,,C29, [Wheel] 0=C12 1=C17 2=C32 3=C33 4=C2 5=C0 6=C31 7=C19 15=C13 16=C5 18=C4 1003=A0 1999=H0 [Device Special Options] Device Count=1 [Device Number 1] Device Model=28 FFSettings=0 FFMainGain=100 FFSpringGain=100 FFDamperGain=100 FFPersistentSpring=0 FFPersistentSpringGain=100 PedalSettings=0 CombinePedals=1 OperatingRange=200 GameSettings=0 AllowGameSettings=1 2...save the file into a new folder. open the folder make a copy of the file and paste it in the same folder. now you should have 2 copies. 3...right click on one of the files and click rename... you can name it whatever you want whats important is you add the extension .wgp (yourfilename.wgp) 4...open logitech profiler. 5...click profile (top left corner) 6...click import 7...a dialog box will open browse to the .wgp file you just created click the file then click open. be sure to chose the .wgp file and not the .txt file 8...A new dialog box should have opened asking you for the games name. and which executable file to start the game.... by default it will name it grand theft auto III which makes no difference. but you can change it if you like.....next browse to the games executable file.
