hi ive just reinstalled tdu today and ive got a problem when i double click TestDriveUnlimited.exe ive got and error that says binkw32.dll was not found can you please attache binkw32.dll file? thank you P.S:i tried reinstall the game but didnt work

hello long time no see i have a problem with tdu i have many many many many lags i have everything on minim but my game still lags sometime freezes for 2 min or i have to restart my pc please help my configuration: procesor:amd sempron 2800+ 2.0Ghz video card:ati radeon 9550/x1050 series 256 Vram RAM:512 mb (dont laugh) space:80gb total,10gb free after installing the game i know i dont have a good computer but i cant buy a better one...i dont have money buy you know how to improve my configuration using something like ...hm....100$? thank you P.S:i dont play online so dont say thats the problem

im running on XP and i also tried to run as adrministrator but it needs a password and idk why because i dont have a password on my pc:(
