  1. nice one, thank you :). But is it possible for next version, that might only takes as half to third as long as day or nighttime. In reality day and nights are also longer as dusk and dawn. don´t know if it´s possible, but it would be nice :).
  2. this new one would be great :). I tested both, your mod v1 and maciuks weather mod. They are both great. But in your version the night and dawn´s are missing and on maciuks mod, your nice "lights" in combination with the fog is missing. Hope, you can release this new mod in time. Looks great so far :).
  3. names working on me correctly. No problem with them. Must be a bug on your side, bimmer. Sorry.
  4. nice mod, thx. Dunlops look great with snow :). You can pimp the look of the traffictyres, if you take the chaintyres for traffic from the chainmod created by Illusion. It is a nice combination :).
  5. ok, thanks. Did I get it right ... It is ok so? I did nothing wrong?
  6. great work, thx. the fogggy look is great. Also the world is really completely white. Sometimes very difficult to see the track. I was often driven in the dirt and looking for the road. Thats great. But ... how much does the weathertypes differ from each other? I may think, it is only one type . But i´m not shure. And the grass is really high now. Sometimes it looks good (in the wilderness) but on other parts it looks strange, cause houses are hiden in plants, like in a jungle. Less hight would be better, just my opinion :). But no bigg thing ... cause the drivin experience is great. thanks for that :).
  7. -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- same type of house I think. But other location. This is in "Kaneóhe" in the east of the 2 diners, in the the southeast of the Pagani-dealer. All "my" houses look like this ... with the green gras. Is it my "fault" or is it in the mod? Isn`t really a problem, but would be interesting to know :).
  8. yes, your right. That´s crap for shure. But I DL´d it with a downloadmanager. That has taken about 4mins per part. And mine is working. Can´t say that bout the torrenz, cause i don´t tried that ;). downloadmanager: orbit. It is 4 free. or another one, which someone has described somewhere on the first pages. It is also free and can queue and DL the megauploadpage automatically. Dunno, maybe worth a try.
  9. you have to download all files from part0 to part 12 OR one of the torrents, which I didn`t tried. Cause I downloaded the parts complete and one by one. With all parts, the mod will work. Well, it worked on me, I have to say correctly. If you have downloaded ALL parts, you just doubleclick part0, which is a zip-file-type. WinRAR asked me, to locate part1 after a while. I packed them all in one folder, but never the less i have to doubleclick part1. After that WinRAR unpacked all parts correctly. Then you have to choose, which type of roads you want to install. Coose one type and download them. If you got them, just install them, as opelos told you in the readme of the roadpacket. Ok, now it should work. Trees, Grass, signs and houses should be snowskinned. Attention: your house in the game may not change color. Doesn´t work on me. don´t know if it is a bug on my installation or a bug of the mod. But i´don´t care but that. Didn´t stay long in front of my houses ;). OK, if you want to be good now, you can download the repairpatch. But it is not really necessary, I don´t see green fields without that. And if you want to be best, you download the snowy tires, the tyre chains and the winter day mod. But they are only bonus, they are not necessary to run the mod. Good luck & have fun. Hope someone can get use of my horrible english :D
  10. may I suggest you to download from megaupload? Yes, I know, it´s annoying that you can download only one part after another ... but it works. Guess, thats most importend ;). And the mod is worth it, thats 4 sgure.
  11. guess, it depends on the terrain where you drivin´ at. If there are more hills and montains to climp at, the chain may be the better choice. Their disadvantage is, that there are only alloud to a maximum speed of 50 Km/h. about 33mph. Guess studds can go a faster speed?! Here in Hamburg, Germany, the land is nearly flat, so chains are not necessary at all. And studds are forebidden here, even in the alpes. If a snowflake falls from the sky here, there is someone in time who throws a ton of salt on the fresh snow. So normally we have dry or wet roads in winter. Edit: great work :). Thanks, this mod is really nice. But it is only allowed to go 50Km/h with chains, so I only installed the chains for the traffic and used the snowy tyres http://forum.turboduck.net/showthread.php?p=261999#post261999 from eyekatcher for my vehicles :). but as i sayed, never the less ... a great mod .. thx :)
  12. it is one of the "possible to own home´s", right? Yeah, they are all in normal green on me to. Guess it is yours and my fault, maybe someone has turned on the heating for grass and pool. Or u let the door open, so the heat is gotten out. Something like that ^^. Don´t think about and enjoy the rest :)
  13. ^^ I personally have a ´89 VW golf/rabbit cabriolet/convertible. And I like to drive it with the roof down on a snowy winterday. But of course, we haven´t such strong winters like you in Ukraine or in Canada. But on a sunny day and not less then -5 degrees celsius it makes much fun. And after it a hot coffee, cacao or a whiskey :D. That rockz ^^. @minime: ok, i try a Lambo next time ;).
  14. same was on my machine. Try another road-snow-mod. On my machine the tree colored white, only after installing a snowy-road-mod the hole enviroment turned white. I use 18wos extrem one and it works, as u can see in my pictures :).
  15. you can send to me you r file of snow mod via email [email protected]
