    use wxRipper to extract the car rar files form the iso, then use quickbms to extract the rar files and then use forza studio to open the carbin files. from there export the car in obj format and use 3ds max or cinema... to convert into 3ds, then import in zmodeler. thats for forza 3, for nfs i don't know http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4256
