Its a legal copy of the game and i have no mods installed

my laptop isnt even a year old yet so i cant see how it is on its way out. maybe its something else?

When ever I try to play TDU on my laptop the game will play the intro videos and then constantly flash between my desktop and the game. I cant even get into the menu to start playing the game before it does this. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if this would fix the problem but it still happens. My laptop is perfectly fine for playing this game as i have played it for many hours before on it. This problem has only just started to occur. Cheers for the help
