Is it still possible to buy the dlc for this game?

Just to update: I managed to purchase a couple DLC cars. So, yeah, it's still possible. But I can't find where the exclusive clothes have disappeared to. Will have another go through the walk-in closet to be sure. -
I've seen the dlc in game at the dealerships, and I know they require atari tokens. But the atari site itself is no help on how to purchase Atari tokens, and the tdu2 website isn't very helpful, other than showing the cost of the cars in Atari tokens. Can the dlc stuff still be bought from in-game or some other mechanism? Wouldn't mind buying a bike or car....
