still cant get access to the atari store to buy tokens get nothing but errors and no way to input a payment method and an error for the support page, any suggestions

So howdy everyone first time posting here. Just got into the modding and got that all squared away but i havent been able to figure out the dlc cars. I know the servers have been shut down so you cant buy tokens anymore and i havent any luck with the cheatengine cause the videos have no instructions. if anyone has any tips,methods, or instructions would be apprechiated.
