In fact, i have the same problem, only a few traffic cars have the bug, that is very very weird. Also i've noticed something else, why some stats of the new cars are weird (i mean for exemple lamborghini veneno max speed is 0 km/h :oook:) ? But everything else is ok for me.

I think the 0 km/h is set to disable the stupid speed limit :)

Hey, is it possible to add the cars from Autopack or Dreampack into VPE? Just wondering...

Yes it is. But you need the changed id which based on the unfinished car. I tried A45 AMG and it worked. But I am not sure if the cars like DS4 with IDs seems to be added can be added into VPE.
