TDU Weekly Challenges Refresh Edition

Test Drive Unlimited 1 (TDU Platinum)

Race:
German Duel (Mercedes-Benz Only Regular Race, Rank Expert)

Rules:
- Mercedes-Benz Cars, Classes F, E, D, C, and B only (No G and A Class Cars)
- Converted Cars are allowed, as long as they are in the mentioned allowed classes (such as the converted W201 190 E Evo II as E Class Car from G Class).
- Course Cutting is Allowed.
- Any Camera View, Driving Aid, Gearbox, Levels of Tuning Upgrades can be used by the Participants.
- Treat Regular Races as Time Trial Races, as the challenge positions are based on the Lowest Time possibly made. The Racer with the lowest time wins the Challenge!
- Normal Mode (Continue Game) and Hardcore Mode Submission Times are separately categorized, make sure to label your submission as such.

Deadline of Submissions is on August 19, 2021 (Thursday), 12AM EST Time.

Make sure that the file names from the .station files in Euro/Bnk/Sound/Radio folder are exactly the same to the mp3 file names in the Euro/Radio Folder to make em work in-game, use Notepad++ or any Notepad program to access to .station files.

Installation:

1. Download the race file from this link:
"Link of the Race"

2. Copy/Move and paste the race file to the IGE folder found in the directory below:
Documents\Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\Your Profile Name Here\IGE
“Your Profile Name Here” refers to the in-game profile name you use to play TDU.

3. Open Test Drive Unlimited, Continue Game/Hardcore Mode, exit from your house and press the Free Ride Pause button (Default key is P) and go to the Editor tab.

4. In the Editor tab, go to the Edit tab.

5. Select the Title Name of the Race mentioned above, then press the Options button (next to back button on the bottom right corner of your screen) and select “Test Drive” to play the race.

Installation Notes:

- First, select your vehicle to be used in the Race before going to the Editor tab from the Free Ride Pause Menu.

- Driving Aid Settings in the Editor Race's Rule Settings will not work, to change the Driving Aid Settings in the Editor Menu, press the ESC pause and go to Options Menu.

- Any Changes of the Settings of the Editor Races will be strictly prohibited.

Race #3

“Beach Route” (Class C and B Time Trial Race, Rank Expert)

Rules:
- Only C Class Cars, with any tuning, upgrades and conversions are allowed on the race.
- Submissions with cars that are not in C Class will not be accepted for submission and they are strictly voided.
- In Normal Mode, winning a Gold Cup (First Place) is a requirement to be accepted for submission.
- Winning a Gold Cup (First Place) in Hardcore Mode is optional.
- Submissions without the Gold Cup in Normal Mode is strictly voided.
- Course Cutting is allowed for this race challenge.
- Traffic must be turned Off in your Game. (You can do this by renaming/deleting/moving the Traffic folder from your installed Test Drive Unlimited Main Folder > Euro > Bnk > Vehicules.)
- Normal and Hardcore Mode Times are split and each have their own category of time submissions.
- Any Camera View, Driving Aid and Gearbox settings will be allowed to use.
