Im currently running Windows 10 Home on Dell XPS-13 Signature Editon
Ive had an issue with TDUPE. Probably becouse of my NET Franework 4.0 which is currently running on my Laptop and that i cant install NET Framework 2.0.
So anyway my question is can i change number license plate becouse i see that cars have PLT 882 or some sort unlike the traffic which had TDU 505.
I guess they are both files for the number plates. And i want to change mine. Can somebody give me a tip about how to do it.
