    こんなに中途半端にやるなら北海道新幹線は不要。 その方が一番だとは思うのですが…。 やるならやる、やらないならやらない、 いろんなことを考慮すれば新青函トンネルは 必要だとは思うのですが…。 本当の北海道新幹線や安全性を確保するのであれば という話にはなるのですが…。
